Useless
Useless. Say they have things in stock and don’t. Delivered a table with no chairs and then assure you will get the chairs. Then they miss that deadline. Still no chairs. I have a pointless table sitting in my garden with nothing to sit on.

Zero effort
One of the quilts I ordered is not close to the color on the website. When I sent an inquiry via email I received a short and somewhat rude response that the color I received is correct.

I am so disappointed
I am so disappointed, table with 4 chairs arrived, one of the chairs was ripped, so I made arrangements for the chair to be collected and returned, I wasted days on my holiday sitting in waiting for the courier to collect it, they never turned up. That's was in August, I went back home and now back in Spain again, and have wasted more days sitting in, no one has turned up to collect it, I should have received the new chair immediately, eminza are at fault sending me a ripped chair, months later I am still stuck with this chair and eminza has made no attempt to send me a new chair. This is very poor customer service. Very DISAPPOINTING!!!
Update.... I have told eminza I want full refund, they can come and take the whole set away of table and chairs, and I want a full refund, I only have a few more days left in Spain, so that means I won't be back till next year , so it needs to be done immediately, I have not heard from anyone . I got in touch with the courier company and they said there was no record of anyone supposed to be collecting this... I have never come across a company like eminza, who treats there customers so badly... I will never buy from them again, poor poor customer service...
I see your reply, look back on my emails, I sent you dozens, asking you to organise a collection of the chair. The courier came once to collect and by the time I got down with the box, approximately 2 minutes he was gone!!! And you know that.
I have offered to organise a courier to collect it!!!!
I sent you photos and videos of the ripped chair, why could you not send me the new one and collect at the same time.
I can't believe this is months later and you still have not resolved this matter.
I also asked you what you suggest I do and nothing from you.
I also got in touch with the courier company and they say, there is no record of them supposed to be collecting from me.
Once again I am asking you, what do you suggest I do about this faulty chair??????

It seems that customer service has already scheduled the pickup and the delivery company has already come, but the delivery was cancelled by the partner because you never answered the phone. This was the first time the transport attempted to retrieve the chair. Again the after sales service has made a new collection, but the transport to date has not indicated when they will come again.
