Love the products but they seriously need to rethink the packaging for a company that specialises in highly breakable products. My plates came smashed with only paper as packaging and no indicator it being fragile on the outer packaging. Not really good enough given the considerable hike in their prices recently

I have always loved Emma Bridgewater products, especially the mugs. They are top quality and are always shipped quickly and nicely wrapped and protected. This order was delayed by FedEx in Texas. I did have to provide more information before they would release my mugs. I’m not sure why there was an issue.

They do not clearly indicate whether they are dishwasher safe.

My order consisted of two enamel dishes. I used the dish with crumble on the outside for the first time to bake a cherry crumble, which was delicious. However, when I hand washed the dish, some of the enamel around one of the handles came off, on the inside and outside!

I bought 4 knives and 4 forks with the polka dot design. The cutlery is excellent, very well made, good to hold and pleasing on the eye. The knives are serrated and cut meat with ease, a pleasure to use.

Finally treated myself to a cutlery set and couldn’t be more disappointed.
Cheaply made. Most of the metal was loose and wiggled about, the metal neck ring on most pieces were loose too.
Complained and returned for another set, not quite as bad as the first, but still loose and not fit for propose. Returned

Just what I was looking for as a 30th anniversary gift

I preordered Emma Bridgewater’s new cake stand and glass dome…..it is beautiful.
It was extremely well packed and arrived safe and sound.
I’ve been a customer of hers for many years now and I’m never disappointed.
