Let down
To be honest, as you asked, my last two orders were a let down. Many items arrived damaged and certainly not what I expected from a company like yours.
I’ve wasted lots of time on phone calls about the damaged items and I would expected to be contacted once the damaged items were replaced but it didn’t happen. In the past years I’ve bought lots of E B goods. You should value more good clients

A very bad seconds mug
I have bought many mug seconds from EB and all of them have had imperfections you could barely see. For the first time a seconds pink hearts mug had really bad imperfections, had I been able to view first I wouldn’t have purchased. Just one of those things I suppose, my luck has run out, has made me wary of buying seconds again though.

Let’s save on parcel tape, thin sellotape will do
I like the product although a saucepan lid handle gets very hot and nothing to warm you so burnt hand.
However the order was delivered very quickly in a huge box plastered in Emma bridgewater name . Not good when delivery drivers have a habit of leaving the parcel on the step and just thin sellotape to do the box up. It looked as though it had been tampered with. It hadn’t but not what I expected from a company like Emma bridgewater.
The three stars are for the poorly sealed package not the product
