Classy Cuppa!
Holds just the right amount of tea/coffee for me. I'm on a roll now as have 3 and they wash up well in the dishwasher too, bonus! Be careful if reheating in microwave, if you're anything like me and a slow drinker, as over 20 secs and the handles get hot, hot, hot! 🔥 but overall so pleased with the quality.

Let down
To be honest, as you asked, my last two orders were a let down. Many items arrived damaged and certainly not what I expected from a company like yours.
I’ve wasted lots of time on phone calls about the damaged items and I would expected to be contacted once the damaged items were replaced but it didn’t happen. In the past years I’ve bought lots of E B goods. You should value more good clients
