I ordered some wallpaper from Emma Shipley. It came promptly all packaged well and all with the same batch number on the rolls. It went up a treat and looks amazing and is very good quality. I can not fault the paper or the service.

Once again, wallpaper from the Emma Shipley range has been chosen by my daughter to go along with the almost Zany range of fabrics that she has used in the refurbishment of her 200 ish year old cottage. Two cottages knocked into one many years ago, and no wall in the house straight.

I have man-handled the Kruger wallpaper that she chose this time to a degree that most wallpapers would have been in shreds, but not this one. Around angled sloping ceilings, ducking down to be woven almost around a tiny window, and then back again underneath the window cill to a Dado rail beneath - it has withstood all the wetting and re-wetting whilst I managed all these contours and I can only once again commend the quality of the wallpaper manufacturer. The design speaks for itself. It looks absolutely STUNNING, even now - and even though I have once again run out of paper for the the last two short lengths.

These treasures arrive beautifully packaged. The products are high quality made and gorgeous to look at. I bought the Odyssey lampshade and the trays. Love them!

Besides having exquisite items, their customer service is exceptional. I had to cancel my order and they quickly responded and took care of the matter in short order.

Superb quality, I’ve never sent a present direct that has been so gratefully received. The packaging is exquisite!!! Highly recommend. Customer service also very responsive and all round excellent online experience!

We bought the place mats and coasters because they matched our new dining table and dinner service. We picked three different designs to mix and match and absolutely love the colours and designs. Such good quality product that 5 years on and plenty of use every day they are still good as new and we get so many compliments on them.

It took me a long time to find cushions for my sitting area because I didn’t want them to match or be cookie cutter. I am thrilled with my EJS cushions! They are the perfect pop of vibrant colors, a luxurious fabric and each one a unique individual piece of art!

Lovely, wonderful, creative! We’re more than happy that we chose this wallpapers for some of our hotel rooms. We’re a small boutique hotel and our guests love the designs so far. Wallpaper quality is very good, review is now after a half year in use.

I absolutely love my new cheetah beautiful lampshade. It just makes the whole room. Love the placemats too! Your products are delightful!

4.5 stars technically but couldn't quite justify knocking down their score.

Firstly, their customer service is excellent. Really helpful about how best to hang the wallpaper etc. I'd say the quality of the wallpaper is 4*.

I also have their chair. Fabric is beautiful, love the chair but wouldn't warrant the price tag again as it wasn't the best fitting fabric on the chair, arrived wrinkly in places but managed to tidy it up and it really looks fab! Would recommend if you have time to get the fabric and reupholster a chair instead.

But their entire range is stunning. There's nothing else that can dupe this on the market without being tacky and cheap. In fact, I keep having to justify the fact I don't NEED half the stuff you have online. But I want it!

I ordered a mixture of 8 placemats which were delivered fairly quickly and are of great quality and design, love them! However, two of the placemats were slightly damaged, so I started the return process which was a pretty straightforward process. I dropped off the return parcel at a DHL drop-off point and followed up a couple of days later with DHL to track the return.

Nonetheless, I couldn't track it on their systems so a week later I pop into the drop-off point and my parcel was still there. Despite this, I emailed EJS customer service, and Magdalena, Helpful EJS Fairy responded and arranged a Royal Mail return instead and emailed the QR code. I dropped it off at the post office and followed up by emailing the receipt to them.

Throughout this whole process, EJS has been amazing customer service-wise, and can not fault their processes.

First order - great experience: rapid shipping, radiant colours and breathtakingly detailed design, amazing softness of the fabrics. Your wonderful velvet fabrics turned my old armchair into a blissful dream. More projects to come. Second order: a misunderstanding in my order was solved so promptly and so nicely! Both Customer service and products are just fantastic!

I ordered the lost world wallpaper & fabric, absolutely hassle free. Thought it was pricy but when I got it, it was worth every penny. The quality of both paper and fabric is fabulous and the colours are stunning. Just love it, highly recommend.

Bought an art print from here and unfortunately I had to cancel it for personal reasons and the customer service team were efficient, sympathetic and friendly.

Quick delivery. Product is GORGEOUS. I bought the Lynx wallpaper for my bathroom and could not be happier with the application and result.

I ordered the 10 year anniversary jigsaw puzzle (loved the colours and thought it would make a great piece of wall art). It took me a small while but I managed to put it together but had a bit of a disaster where I had found that the dog had chewed up the final missing piece. I emailed the team to see if there was anyway that I could pay a fee to get the missing piece or if there was anything that I could do. They went above and beyond and are sending me out a complete new puzzle so that I can have a complete one. Completely made my day and really didn't expect them to do this. The puzzle if lovely, and the customer service team are amazing. Thank you sooo much team EJS!

Great wallpaper but it’s the service level which makes the company!

This wallpaper is absolutely gorgeous. I struggled a bit to get it up as it was my first time installing wallpaper, so I needed to order more. Magdalena helped me get just what I needed to match the rolls I already had. I was blown away by the service at Emma Shipley. Truly exceptional products and even better people to work with. The EJS products are as beautiful as you would expect--lovely to have or give as gifts. I had a disappointing problem with my order that had NOTHING to do with EJS but was due to shipper and weather problems. Magdalena was exceedingly responsive and quick to get it resolved. Excellent service even after the sale.
