Great service, GF loved the bag and it was delivered super quick

I ordered a washbag which was of a very poor standard. Cheap plastic, badly stitched. It was intended as a present but I would have been too embarrassed to give it. I phoned to complain about it and the response was brilliant. The money was refunded immediately with an apology and I was not required to send it back.

I bought the make up & wash bag set, was a lot smaller than I though, will be using as a purse & make up bag Instead but they are lovely. X

Lovely lady, I had a little issue with online placing an order..And I was soon helped out by the owner ..being polite and helpful.and not just brushing off...Was contacted and shown a different way to place order and given a code. As well...items arrived well in advance of postage date..well wrapped .amd completely as stated ...will shop again with this company.

I love the little bag woth lips, great gift!

I recieved 2 makeup bags that I paid extra for personalisation for. I ordered the red lips and lipstick bags. I have emailed customer services and have had no reply. My problem is that the lips makeup bag is tiny in comparison to the lipstick makeup bag and I assumed they would be the same size. They were for twin girls birthdays. The lips bag would hardly store anything. The metal initials are fine on the lipstick bag and feel secure, however on the lips bag one of the metal initials spins round and is very loose, the grip at the back wont hold it in place. So I had to buy more gifts. Disappointed I've not even had a reply from customer services. The bags are lovely and I'm happy with the lipstick bag just not the lips bag.

I received the product beautifully packed in a timely manner..... but on opening the package I was disappointed with the quality of the product. It looked cheap and poorly made. I have previous products from “Sew Lomax” that are of a much Much better quality! For the price of the brand I would not purchase again!!!

Knowing how much of Emma goes into every design, It makes me smile wherever I am in the world, everytime I see one of her creations tucked under an arm or sneaking out of beach bag.

I ordered a lips make up bag for my partner and she loves it! Good quality and a prompt delivery. Will be back for sure
