Service excellence

Doing your job and making the customer happy is what ive witnessed . I needed an adjustment on my front assembly and Tom and Aidan were there very quickly and courteous when they helped me. That was back in August. Just today I called to ask if i could get a new left grip and brake lever , had a bit of a scrape. They said too come there and they would help me out. I left there about 20 minutes later with my new parts on my Nomado, best bike ever !!!

This is the second time I came to the store. It is really good that they have test drive available and all the e-bikes in the showroom to try and check. Especially, it couldn’t show much in the photos. I am glad that Fafa is helpful with my purchase.

Bike stopped working on first ride

Bike stopped working on first ride. Very poor customer service. Wouldn't return calls. Wouldn't repair bike or refer me to a repair shop closer than 600km away. Wouldn't refund my money or pay to ship bike back to them. Very disappointing experience.

Sales person was very informative and…

Sales person was very informative and answered all my questions. Gave me updates when bike came in and very helpful when we picked up bike. Parts department in Toronto was very poor service. Lost part in shipment and took over three weeks to get. Not very organized on order desk. Took three days to get invoice to pay and over a week to get processed and ship. Had a very tense and bad experience.

Everything was well wrapped and it been easy to assemble it. The frame is huge and thick, the chain is robust... it's an heavy bike, but it's ment to last. This bike is MASSIVE, being 5'7" I'm glad not being shorter!! Easily customizable bike.
To future owners, an handlebar extension is almost a must. As most e-bike, the handlebar is jam packed with remotes and stuff. Such extension allow to add a water bottle, cellphone accessories, additional light... warp core, flux capacitor etc. :P

New charger

I had to order a new charger for my scooter I bought last year . It was abit pricey and hoping it will last abit longer then a year this time but other then that it was pretty painless and it wasn't to expensive

Didn’t know the batteries could not charge if it went low

Use my scooter for a couple days then put it in the heated garage for the winter. I had no idea the batteries would go so low that there was no way of recharging them. I had to end up buying four brand new batteries. My scooter had 14 km on it. There should be some type of warning saying do not let your batteries go low or they will not charge.

Showing me videos of how the battery is removed. Giving me any information I needed about the bike. Answering all my questions I needed to feel right about decision to purchase the right bike.
