Helpful. Responsive, quick. Having my ESA changed my life & emotional pet support llc has helped me easily maintain our letter throughout the years.

I have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder. When I approached my individual therapist that I pay $225 an hour to see once a week, she turned me down and redirected me to other local therapists who specialize in ESA Certification. However, the pricing was sky high. The process with Emotional Pet Support was so seamless and easy. They saved me almost $1000 in fees among a $25 per month pet rent fee. I am so grateful for their help and assistance. Highly Recommend.

My dog is my rock. He saved me by zoning in on my anxiety and PTSD before I did. He centers me before my anxiety can overwhelm me by bringing me back to s=center. He does this instinctually. I have been training him to be a therapy dog but, I realized, he is my therapy/service dog. I am grateful can share him someday with Veterans who need a boost to their day.

I’m thankful to receive a renew reminder from EPS and have a smooth/easy renewal process. The only complaint is that a new registration number was automatically generated and issued even I DID put a remark to keep the original number. I had to contact the customer support to have it modified and resent. Can you add an option during the renewal page so that we can opt in or out to get a new registration number? Some airlines request to present the ID card at check-in and it causes lots of hassle to update the registration number with airlines every year.

Emotional Pet Support LLC. is awesome!!! When my PCP's office would not supply me with a support letter for my animals. They came through. It was very easy and stress free. I have even recommended them to my mother, which had a very good experience.
