Best price AND very fast delivery
I needed to get a specially selected Champagne delivered before an event that was about 10 days away. In order to do that I needed to be guaranteed that the delivery could be managed. Emperor Champagne not only had the best price, but negotiated a special pice for expedited delivery and I got the wine five days ahead of the event. One happy little group of people.

Order has still not been delivered…
Order has still not been delivered after two weeks. I have been told that I need to pick it up now from the warehouse as they were unable to deliver. No reason was given and I have emailed and still waiting for a response! I live overseas and this was a gift so extremely disappointed.

She said she has been in contact with you regularly and resent the parcel as your gift recipient had three failed attempts and the parcel was resent with another three failed attempts.
