I placed an order in May 2024 for my suit for my wedding in October 2024. I emailed them 5 weeks after giving my sizes as I hadn’t had a reply or confirmation that my suit was being made, I was then told there was an issue with the fabric I had chosen but not to worry my suit would be ready in time.
I then had no further contact from the company so emailed them with 2 weeks to go before my wedding & have been told I can have a refund as the suit won’t be ready in time.
Do not trust this company with something as important as your wedding suit. Customer service is awful, you get a generic reply with no real concern or update about your order & you can never get through to a human on their phone number.
I had previously had a suit from this company years ago & was really happy with it - makes me wonder if they’ve sole the company to a new service provider as you can see from the other reviews they have gone down hill massively.
My advice would be if you have a suit pending with them, cancel your order for a refund now before you’re in the same situation.

DO NOT ORDER SUITS FROM HERE FOR YOUR WEDDING - unless you want them not to arrive on time... If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I am currently an extremely stressed bride who is receiving appalling customer service from Rhea. My father and brother ordered their suits way ahead of the 4-6week delivery promise, and as we got closer to the wedding with still no sign of the suits we all emailed several times to follow up. Rhea wastes time repeatedly asking for order numbers despite us putting them in every email. They then asked for the waistcoats order numbers even though they were on the same order as the jackets. Currently only half of my bridal party have their suits... Empire Outlets reply? "We can't guarantee they'll be delivered on time due to a fabric issue." This came after chasing them and having no replies for several weeks - they have 100% just forgotten our order and won't own up to it. They offer no solutions, no plan of refunding. We are currently in the position where we now need to fork out more money 2 weeks from our wedding to buy all of our bridal party new suits so that they match. I am beyond disappointed. We have ordered 8 suits from them over the last 6 years when they were a smaller company - seems now they've expanded both the quality, customer service and attitude has decreased. We are still awaiting a reply from you Empire Outlet as this has ruined our wedding and has caused great stress with only 14 days to go - unacceptable.

Fantastic suits for our wedding . Suits do take 8 weeks to fine so be aware of that when placing your order . The suits we received by far exceeded our expectations . Worth the wait for sure

I went for a 'made to measure' and followed the instructions closely. Unlike UK suits, the trouser sit very high (closer to belly button than what I am used to calling 'waist'), and there's no way I could wear a belt around my middle, so I opted to go for braces to make them fit properly around my rear. Wearing the suit this way looks good, though I must say having a high waist isn't as comfortable as my other suits. I haven't decided yet whether this would dissuade me buying another suit from Empire, as otherwise, it fits perfectly, and looks very nice. The quality is excellent and is very like the pictures. It's just not as comfortable as it might be.

If the good reviews are real they should count themselves very lucky. Three months and no suit. One was delivered with someone else’s address scored out. Wrong size and wrong colour. Got sent tracking info which seemed to show the suit travelling to the wrong side of the country Oh gave you the wrong details they said and then gave me the tracking info for the wrong suit that was delivered. Utter disaster

Great Suit, great quality. Of course it's made where the costs are cheap, I get that and I am prepared to wait. Just ordered my 2nd suit. Do not order if you cant wait the alloted time, but if you do, the qualty for price is fantastic. If you want it tomorrow, go to M & S !!!

This is the third suit Empire have made me this year and all have been first class. This one is special as its going to be my wedding suit in just a few weeks so it had to be good. Needless to say its up to the usual standard and has been well worth the wait. The customer service in getting a suit to fit has been excellent and is tailored to my requirements. Many thanks once more!

Fantastic and we'll worth the wait
Excellent fit, quality and fitted like a glove. Very smart, not to heavy or thick. Very smart and even worth the wait for it to arrive. Only negative delivered in a plastic bag inside a box so had to get steamed to remove creases.

Amazing quality suit made to measure. I ordered a green tweed suit for my son for his prom. They ask for a lot of measurements, but it means the fit was absolutely perfect. It took a couple of months to come (we knew this when we ordered) but we got updates and it arrived in plenty of time for the event. I would highly recommend. He got a lot of compliments on his suit and how he looked. The price was a fraction of what it would have cost for made to measure in the uk.

I was pleasantly surprised how well the suit fit and the quality of the material.

Two things I will comment on. One is the garment itself. The second is the time it takes to get the suits.

First, I have ordered two custom sized suits from Empire Outlets. I ordered them separately. One for my son and one for my husband. After my husband saw how great the suit looked on our son he wanted one for himself. Both suits are beautiful and they are well constructed. They have a European vibe about them, which is what initially attracted us to the website. My son has had his for more than a year and my husband about 6 months. They are holding up well. I have had both dry cleaned once. They are a heavier type of fabric than we are typically used to in the states but even so both my husband and son have worn their suits in the Arizona warm weather and they say they breathe as nicely as one of their thinner more conventional suits. They also get many compliments. They are sharp looking suits.

Second, yes it took as long as 3 months to get a suit but good things come to those that wait. These were custom sized suits and I wished they had been faster but at the end of the matter I am so happy with the product that the wait is okay. My one desire is that the company would regularly update on the status of the order. The long silence made me wonder if my order got lost but when I reached out to them by email I did get an update on the progress. I am confident that this is just growing pains for the company and they will sort it out.

In summary, my guys love their suits and we are okay with the wait time. I gave four stars instead of five because of lack of communication. Hoping for better communication on the progress of the orders. We will order again from this company.

Waited 6 weeks for a pair of green tweed trousers,more black than green,60% polyester,about 6 inches too long and wouldn't tie at the waist,worse than useless,avoid.p.s. just had email blaming me for incorrect order even though it's in black and white,crooks,avoid.

Buyers beware, ordered a suit on 24th June, not bespoke, no additions, and no measurements provided, therefore 'off the peg'
Read that it could take 45 days, started chasing it up in July via email and then they started ghosting me. Gave them until 10th August for delivery ie 45 days +4 to be reasonable, and informed them at that point the order was cancelled. Suddenly on 9th August they emailed me and the parcel was being shipped from China and couldn't be cancelled.
Eventually arrived on 16th August and I have now been told I can't get a refund or return.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
In addition the quality of manufacture is poor, and mine was advertised as 'Tweed', but it's not it's a flat polyester and wool mix.
Their website is still stating 'Bespoke doesn't fit perfectly? Get your money back' If you check you'll see numerous reviews stating the opposite. Refunds and return virtually impossible!

Complete scam company. Bought waistcoats and they are terribly sized! Complete rubbish! They don't fit any of us at all, far to right to even breath! Empire ignore you for weeks, don't respond and when you do, they will just claim they made the items just for you regardless of bespoke or classic and they are therefore non returnable! Even if you order an off the shelf size with no customisations! Only order if you don't care what arrives!!!

I ordered a suit In May as I am getting married in October it was due to be delivered on 22th July and I still haven't received it. At first the communication was fine however as soon as I started sending numerous E Mails to them in the past two weeks asking where my. package is no one has bothered to reply.
I am disgusted that I paid 189.00 and there not concerned at all. I doubt they will put an explanation on trust pilot.

What a pathetic company, first time i order a jacket got it just after two months, excuses was the item needed some alteration after inspection. Then ordered another item three months ago each time same excuse was used as the last one, so if you ordering any garments for party's and weddings your making a big mistake,
forget it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I placed an order for Father’s Day in plenty of time but with a few days to go I had nothing so contacted them and they said don’t worry it will turn up - next thing I got a message saying the item was discontinued so I then reordered something else - a month later NOTHING has turned up!!! Customer Service is absolute RUBBISH!!! DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!

I have used your site several times before and as always the suit arrived and was a perfect fit and great quality. My only mild complaint is that the package it arrived in. The suit was wrapped in a plastic bag so took a long time for the creases to drop out. I would suggest a premium packaging service option for delivery in a cardboard box folded neatly with a suit carry case. This would avoid crumpling issues.

Value for money and exactly as described. Fit was perfect and it arrived within 60 days. Only slight gripe was that it wasn’t finished as neatly as my previous one, the lining threads were hanging out of one arm. Cut back and sorted, not an issue really! Will be back for another one quite soon.

This company makes you think you are ordering a suit, whereas £170.00 gets you a Jacket only.
There is no communication once you pay your money, so two weeks after I paid money, I had to email them for confirmation. They claim the material is of the highest quality, but it is far from ‘Good.’
So, so thin. When my jacket was delivered that is when I noticed no trousers… They ask you to give a multitude of measurements. I was fed up with the fourth email. So, the ‘Bespoke’ tailor-made my jacket sleeves too long, I would have thought sending the jacket back would have been acceptable to give me a refund, no, they would make a second one IF I sent them multiple pictures…
By far the worst Customer Service, Material, and workmanship I have had the misfortune to of paid for.
