AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

This company is massively less than what it makes out to be. There is literally no transparency on your order, emails are NOT responded to. Their website doesn't even have a contact number (which should be a red flag to anyone), and when you do find the contact number on Yell.com and call it, you are greeted with an automated message saying they can't take your call, email us and then it hangs up.

I WISH I had read peoples review both on Yell.com and Trustpilot before I ordered my suit. Gawd knows IF/WHEN I will receive it, but there's no one to answer my questions.

It seems this company takes your money and runs.

My advice, KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
And if they don't deliver or give updates after the 6 weeks, then contact Trade & Standards.

They also don’t use Trustpilot but this very vetted Judge.me as the reviews on their are no doubt doctored and fake.

Fantastic products and service. Ordered a tweed suit and the quality is simply excellent. I must also say that the customer service from Rhea was outstanding.

I will be ordering again.

Lovely brown tweed suit. Fits my partner beautifully - surprisingly no alterations are needed. Looks tailor made. Great!

Unfortunately, Empire Outlet's aftercare following a refund did not prove any of the nay-sayers wrong!

I thought I would make my own judgement and decided to try an option for my wedding, however the quality of the fabric and smaller than anticipated standard sizes meant I required a refund. Sent within the allotted refund policy, I paid for recorded next day delivery and provided said information on the same day it was sent the return on the 8th April.

I followed up on the 23rd April on the lack of acknowledgement of my returned policy and asked when I could expect to receive my refund only to receive a response from Rhea in Customer Services stating the following;

"Having check our system, I can see that the return has not yet been marked as received, this does not mean that it has not arrived at our depot, purely that we have not yet processed the return.

The processing of the returns can take a few days... if you have a courier's tracking number, postage receipt details".

I responded expressing my disappointment that they had done exactly what everyone on Trust pilot had warned me from, provided a picture of the actual receipt. I then stopped receiving any sort of response, sent another email 3 days later on 26th April stating if there was no further response, then I would need to escalate this with PayPal and I still have not received any response. I now have a case opening to escalate this, so please PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

Dreadful. Dreadful suit, dreadful customer service, dreadful promises, simply dreadful.

Avoid at all costs.

The worst customer service I have encountered! Suit doesn’t fit so emailed requesting return instructions as per the directions on the website. Nil response from emails requesting a return slip. Once they have your cash they ignore you! Avoid!!!!

Bought a pair of tweed trousers a couple of months ago, looked good when they arrived. Have only worn them twice on special occasions, second time the zip completely broke.

Contacted what passes for Customer Service at Empire Outlet and was told to take them to a local tailor and have them repaired. There was no suggestion they would pay for this! Anyway, got back to them and said I didn't think this was good enough and could I have a replacement with a decent zip or a refund. They said no, as I'd had them more than 2 months. But I've only worn them twice, said I. Silence.

Anyway moral of the story, expect the product to be single use and you won't be disappointed. If you set your bar higher then I suggest you save your money

The FAQ says 4-6 weeks for manufacture and shipping of the garments. I bought a dark green 3 piece suit , used the on site fitting calculator and ordered. Over the 7 weeks it took to arrive I asked a couple of times for updates but was told I would receive a tracking email once the suit was shipped - it arrived without this happening and was taken in and dumped by my son so technically I didn’t know it had arrived for several days - tracking would have negated this issue. The DPD delivery itself was fine.
So really the logistics need tightened up a bit.

However , the suit itself is fantastic - it fits perfectly and is obviously a quality garment. Particularly the waistcoat. Looks great with a flash tie , cuff links and trainers , oh and a pocket watch. Ultimately I’m very very happy so my previous statement about delivery is somewhat moot even if it could have went a little better. Fortunately my fit was great straight away so I haven’t had to worry about returns or exchanges.
Overall I’m very pleased with the suit so I don’t have anything really negative to say - it’s by all accounts made to measure so 6-7 weeks isn’t really that bad - just give yourself a good couple of months before any planned event.

Very excellent grey herringbone trousers received today. Well made and tailored. They look very elegant.

Perfect fit, ordered 42Regular size. Delighted with the quality, material is outstanding and lining is great, definitely recommend, took a while to arrive, as stated, made to order, but worth the wait, will order more colours.

Wish I'd read trust pilot before ordering! I ordered a waistcoat which after 2 weeks I requested an update on delivery, only to be told it could be upto 45days. After 55 days I requested a refund then to be told ONE of my items needed to be remade...... pure lies. 65 days later no item and no refund...... just another online scam company

Bought a three piece suit from Empire and I couldn’t happier with it. It’s a perfect fit. Beautifully made, gorgeous material and the colour is perfect. I received it within the time frame of 45 days. I was kept updated on the progress of my order throughout and it was easy to contact Empire Outlet by email and they always emailed me back. Overall I am delighted with my purchase and will definitely buy from them again and would highly recommend them. Keep up the great work. Looking forward to shopping with them again.

Do not buy from this company. The website is a front for a Chinese based company who send very poor quality items.
The jacket I bought arrived more than 3 weeks later than stated and had the following issues:
- The cloth was not theweight that it stated (420 gms), it was quite thin and flimsy material
- It had not been dyed properly and had streaks/ patches of discolouration on it
- It had been poorly made (one of the arms was 'ruffled' where it connected to the body of the jacket)
- the cloth was very 'fluffy' because it hadnt been finished properly
- The collar was poorly made
In summary, I wouldnt wear it even if it were free

Took abit longer than expected delivery, but worth the wait,Jacket was excellent fit and colour as described, great quality,wouldn’t hesitate if not in a rush to buy again

I ordered a suit advertised for Cheltenham with a delivery date of 2 days before I was due to go to the races. Cheltenham finished last week and still no suit. Impossible to call customer services, so I'm guessing this is not a British Company and they are importing suits from somewhere else.

Quality made bespoke tailored suit. Fabulous tweed material HandMade to order and very well sewn.

Customer service was very responsive. Questions answered promptly as well as a request for extra material for my wife to be.

If you are mindful that this is a tailored suit made to order and you are prepared to wait. You will not be disappointed. Great craftsmanship. Well made but did take 9 weeks to arrive . So order well in time beciase there is no way you could purchase a three piece handmade tweed suit for £138. Definitely recommend. Just be prepared to wait.

Rubbish. Thieves took my money and didn’t give a full refund. Do not use this company. Slow response from robots and no customer service.
