I was seen each week by Haris (never underestimate the importance of being seen by the same person each week for continuity of care!) and he used various different techniques and methods whilst working on my shoulder, including manipulation, massage, ultrasound and acupuncture. The location was convenient and the opening hours were such that I could fit my appointments round my existing commitments.

Great experience! Haris was professional and attentive. He did soft tissue work and acupuncture, which really helped my upper back pain. He also shared helpful exercise videos after the session. Highly recommend!

A very professional and friendly service. I was called into the treatment room, which was spotlessly clean, on time. Haris listened and explained everything to me clearly and sent an email to me with a link to videos for exercises to do after my session.

The therapist I saw, Ruchi Sagar,was thorough, very clear in her instructions and showed good insight into the problems with knees which I face as an elderly client. She was also gentle in the personal manipulations. I would thoroughly recommend her.

The physiotherapist, Mr Haris Mangalasseri conducted the three treatment sessions in a thoroughly professional manner, where he performed soft tissue massage and acupuncture. In addition, he provided advice covering the various exercises recommended to support ongoing recovery.

I am so grateful for the amazing care my mom received at Empire Physiotherapy with Mrs Ruchi Sagar!. After struggling with persistent shoulder and neck pain, we sought help and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Mrs Sagar was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also very compassionate, taking the time to understand her concerns and customizing a treatment plan that worked for her.
