I had an excellent experience at Empire Physiotherapy. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a professional and friendly physio Haris who made me feel at ease. He is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping me recover and improve their well-being.

The treatment plan was personalised to my needs,- acupuncture, manipulation and pysiotherapy and I saw significant improvements in my mobility and pain levels within just a few sessions. The clinic is well-equipped, and the attention to detail in both treatment and customer care is outstanding.

I highly recommend Empire Physiotherapy to anyone looking for expert physiotherapy services in a professional and welcoming environment.

I attended 3 session for my writer with Ruchi Sagar who was amazing. She thoroughly explained the issue to was having and their causes. I was taught the physio exercises step by step which was helpful and also received ultrasounds for my hand each session. It was a pleasure to receive treatment from Ruchi.

Ruchi was really helpful and has excellent knowledge of the body. She made me feel really comfortable throughout my experience. She also sent me multiple options of excersises for home. I really felt that she put a lot of care into my session. Also, she answered lots of questions and gave me great advice.

The physio who attended to me Ruchi Sagar was really awesome. I have been having this chronic knee pain for a year now. She recommended some exercises to do and I have recovered really well from this knee injury. Ruchi was really nice and patient.

Very professional and knowledgeable service, very relaxed atmosphere Harris look after me and gave me physio on both knees in 3 sessions he also gave me exercises to do at home . Highly recommend..cheers

She came across very professional and experienced in her role. I have two more sessions left which I’m hoping can sort my knees.

Mr Harris is quite knowledgeable with what he does. After my six treatments on my frozen shoulder is 95% better I highly recommend him.

I was referred to Haris at Empire Physiotherapy by the NHS for a shoulder injury that was affecting my quality of life in so many ways. He has supported me with face to face sessions and an exercise programme that has worked wonders. I have had sessions paid for by the NHS but will probably pay for another few to eradicate the pain completely. He was quite honest and said that the journey would be months not weeks so am happy to pay for the benefit of his treatment. I would highly recommend him.

First visit made me feel quite uncomfortable. As a lone woman you are taken to a single office right at the back of a Regus building down several empty corridors where there is no one else around. Infact I’m not sure I saw anyone else on the same floor. The lack of conversation from the physio only added to the uncomfortable and somewhat unsettling atmosphere. It is not somewhere I would let my daughter go on her own. Second visit I got the time wrong. Thinking i’d arrived early (when in fact I was late) I sat outside for 25 minutes. Had the physio bothered to ring to see if I was coming I could have gone in and had at least half the session. Instead I turned up at the time I thought my appointment was to find a smirking physio telling me I’d got the appointment time wrong. I own that but the manner in which he handled it only reinforced my understanding of why I had found the last session so uncomfortable. I have a third session but will not be going back.

I am very pleased with the level of care & treatment I received from Haris. My appointments were always on time . I would definitely recommend Haris if you need physio.

I was seeing Barhar for problems with my legs and feet and found her incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Also extremely helpful with regards to things I might want to get to help with the pain I was in ,would definitely recommend seeing her should you have any problems regarding any pain or discomfort.

First class Physiotherapy service. Haris, my assigned physiotherapist listened carefully to me with good questioning to ensure an accurate diagnosis. My treatment over five sessions was very effective, supported by a carefully planned programme of exercises. The Administration team were also very supportive.

First, the treatment was successful - a great relief for me.
Second, the therapist, Haris, was most personable and professional.

After my recent car accident I was in a log of pain which is still ongoing. However after 5 weeks of long waiting I was finally given a physio plan with session and was booked in with Ridhi. She was amazing. I felt so comfortable after our initial consultation where are assessed where I was in pain. She tread carefully and looked after me well. She was courteous and friendly making the whole experience so easy for me as I had never been in this position before. I do not think I would have continued if I was with a male member of staff. Her attitude knowledge and experience was phenomenal. Highly recommend being treated by Ridhi.
