I recently have had a bad string of items show up broken on my door step ! The first time I had the issue I was politely asked to show my receipt and pic of the broken item in question immediately after I was contacted and asked personally what kind of outcome your seeking out of this piece i was given multiple avenues to replace the item I went ahead and chose a store credit vs shipping it back which (they were paying for might I add!) To have the glass blower himself or herself remedies his own work is this shot of never and I mean NEVER given the option quite like this the other issue I had a slide for my fiancée mini panda micro rig I always was reminded around special occasions birthdays that I almost had the whole setup it showed up with whay looked like some kinda thermal shock to be honest I mean perfect split I sent the Pic with a lilttle note they didn't even bother responding the next day a new one in the mail do yourself a favor whomever comes a crossed this review you will not regret purchase for this company hands down the best no b.s
