The absolute worst hosting service I have ever had. Servers constantly going down. More downtime than uptime. Support is also a joke, no one replies when you open a ticket and they blame server crashes on everyone but themselves. Don’t waste your money.
I recently changed to another service and they have been great.

After days of not having a working server.
Support is no help, with no solution offered.
waste of money.

Palworld Server Constantly Crashing

Friend has Recently gotten a palworld server through these guys and we are lucky to play half an hour (even with only 1 person on) before the server "Loses Connection" no crash logs nothing on the crashes but it takes 5-10 minutes to "Find Connection" again on the backend, definitely need to fix their stuff because right now we're paying for a server we can barely get 8 hours of usage out of a day, so much for 24/7 uptime

Anytime there was something that seemed odd or weird with a server I have with Empower they have always answered on the spot. Even at 3 AM in the morning or 3 PM in the afternoon. Top notch customer experiences all around here!!

I’ve been using empower servers for about 3 years now. I only play with a few friends, so the simpler plan works best for me, and it has always run pretty smoothly. The website makes it super easy to control your server from and add/edit any files.

Empower servers was great! Cheap and easy servers to set up as well as they were always quick and easy to work with in any problem that I had. Would recommend Empower Servers as your go to server hosting.

They have been fairly decent to us for the past couple of years that we’ve had them. We had one instance where they gave us the incorrect server IP but it was fixed in a timely manner.

I have one Minecraft server, all good no lag.
Support is pretty good also, had some issue when updating the server , they help me really quick
