First class service by Cristina & the team at Emson Haig. Very knowledable and a really fantastic ambassador for the brand. Nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel special. Rolls Royce levels of customer service. Cristina is a true credit to the organisation

Bought a rolex for my husbands 40th birthday! Maizy (manager) made it possible for me to get it unexpectedly. I was in tears! Such a lovely bunch of staff in Colchester branch. Had a fantastic experience at Emson Haig Colchester branch yesterday. Having bought several watches from their Lakeside store I thought I'd pop in to see what they had to offer. I didn't realise it was appointment only but, fortunately for me, they had a cancellation. I was well looked after by Dave and Victoria throughout and ended up spending about 3 hours in there. I wasn't sure if I was going to buy anything but ended up leaving with a brilliant watch that I'm very happy with. Never had a bad experience with Emson Haig at either store and won't be going anywhere else for my watches in the future. Thank you!

I had a great experience today at the Lakeside store buying my new Omega watch.
From the moment I walked in my son and I were made to feel welcome and I was able to try on a variety of different watches before making a final decision.
I was looked after by Cristina from start to finish and her knowledge of the watches was excellent. I was given a demonstration of everything including the winder that came with the watch. I’ll be back for my Nato strap soon hopefully.

Snooty, Stuck up oh and Discriminatory too - whilst attempting to enter with my (male) partner I was told only one person was allowed at a time. The guard then said that the same rules don't apply to men with wives though !

Exceptional service, I have purchased a number of watches over recent months and my items have always dispatched the same day and arrived the next day. I'm very happy with all of my purchases and recommend Emson Haig to anyone.

What a positive and welcoming experience we had! We went in and got nothing but polite and welcoming by several people first of all the security guard Clive came and welcomed us asking if we wanted any help to which we was greeted by Demi, Demi was such a amazing employee and was able to show me the options I wanted to look at straight away. She was so polite and helpful and explained to us that the ring we wanted to order was going to take 8-12 weeks to arrive. To our delight we got a call just under 2 weeks later to state that it was already in store. We went and collected it and was greeted by the lovey Louise who welcomed us amazingly and let me try on the ring while having a lovely engaging chat with her!
I have nothing but positive words to say about the experience and employees at emson haig !

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Emson Haig. There was a slight issue with my order so I contacted them by email, they responded quickly and politely and proceeded to fix the problem efficiently - even got a nice hand written not when my order arrived. I'm a happy customer who will be using them again in future.

The watch was well packaged and arrived on time,however it was much much smaller and flimsy looking than I imagined, a photo of it on someone's wrist would have helped me alot

If I could put this as zero I would. My boyfriend brought me a Gucci bracelet as a Christmas present. When getting it out the box the heart on the bracelet had a long mark on it. We then returned this to the store for them to show us three more of the same bracelet. After looking at them they were all marked. The lady’s response to this was that you will never get sterling silver perfect and it scratch's easily. I explained that it is not a scratch the bracelet has a long smeared mark on and it’s not acceptable and my boyfriend asked for a refund to which they refused and said they do not offer refunds only a credit note, which we didn’t want due to their poor attitude and lack of understanding towards the marked bracelet. The manager then offered for me to have someone’s returned bracelet if one is returned in pristine condition.. why would I want someone’s returned bracelet? or would be a 8-12 week wait for a new one to be ordered in.. beaver brooks could get the exact same bracelet ordered in within two days. My boyfriend then wrote 3 emails to them and funnily enough on the third email explaining his customers rights he gets a refund. Will never be buying here ever again in the future. Avoid!!!!!
