Lovely little watches and very good customer service.

I’ve always used Emson Haig at Lakeside for my jewellery so do it on line was new to me, but I found it was very easy to order what I wanted and it was posted very promptly I was impressed.

My request was processed quickly and arrived in good time. A good service.

I ordered a bracelet, in good faith, and my money was taken by credit card, only to be advised a couple of days later it was out of stock. Why take the money before it’s despatched ? Sure the correct way is to get the item ready to despatch then take their money. Anyway I now have my money back on my card

Emson Haig is easily the best jewellers out there. They are head and shoulders above the rest. I was looking for an engagement ring with my fiancé and the other jewellers we had been to manage to show us only a handful of options, none of which I particularly liked. EH on the other hand had a huge selection, but the designs were all so stunning too. They have sourced an outstanding collection of rings which are both traditional and elegant with a modern twist. The staff are wonderful, extremely helpful and knowledgable. They went to the nth degree of detail to help me find the perfect ring which I will proudly wear and treasure forever.
