Good service, very helpful staff.

Probably the most hands on, kind and helpful staff of all distributors I've tried so far. I've tried Distrokid, TuneCore, Amuse, Ditto, AvidPlay and OneRPM! So that is saying something! If you decided to release with them make sure to double check which plan you are signing up with!

EmuBands from my experience has shown itself as a digital distributor of music service, to be highly efficient and does what it says it will do in their descriptions. I'd certainly recommend the Pro account upwards as the extra services can really help. Most definitely a reliable and trustworthy company I've been with for years. Also the artist management side of things is very quick to get back to any artist queries and make things good very quickly via their chat and email service included. It's also a big plus that songs can be chart registered as who knows what song might get some serious attention one day.. Looking forward to seeing how EmuBands evolves even further. Big Thumbs up, keep it up!

I strongly advise artists to carefully read EmuBands’ Terms of Service before using their distribution platform. One particularly concerning clause is 5.22, which allows EmuBands to withhold your royalties for up to 3 years — and even permanently, if your appeal is unsuccessful.

This kind of language raises serious concerns about transparency and the security of artist earnings. As a musician, I expect fair and clear terms — but clauses like this create uncertainty and put users in a very vulnerable position.

I urge fellow artists to do thorough research before committing to this service.

A well laid out and easy interface for uploading your music to EmuBands for onward transition to Spotify etc. Also it is a local Scottish company with plenty of online help or as a Pro user you have live access to the company for any queries you may have

We have used EMUBands for our distribution for the past 9 months or so.

They have been brilliant - I could not recommend them more.

When we started out, still very new to the process they were always responsive to our dumb questions and guided us expertly through the "minefield"

Recently I made an error with a release and needed to pull it - they were quick to react and rejected the release so I could resubmit it.

Finally, we wanted to release a new single before Christmas. After a pleading email to our account manager, they fast tracked the pitches so they reached all distributors before the song was release.

I'm fascinated with Emubands. Having the possibility of a special humanized treatment through a person from the team is a dream and imagine keeping 100% of royalties. When it had a issue with the delivered to facebook/intagram i could have the solution very fast through the chat, which was a great relief for me.

There are also a range of neat features to help differentiate and promote your offering.

Just did my first release with EmuBands and I am extremely satisfied - phenomenal service delivery. I searched around, looking at quite a few DSPs, and EmuBands felt the most transparent and straight forward. The dedicated account manager is a complete game changer, and really puts you at ease knowing you have a breathing human being on the other end of your mail who actually puts effort into resolving your problems.

These guys have the best and quickest costumer service, as well as a superb way of distributing to platforms while my band still has all the rights.
I've actually tried a couple different platforms, but EmuBands stands out as the best and most cost efficient!

I started out as a basic user, now these guys deserves the Pro-subscription from me.

Excellent customer service. I had to reschedule a release and was very anxious over it as it was last minute. Chris and the team couldn’t have been more helpful and they were so quick to respond. They made me feel completely at ease. Would highly recommend.

I created and submitted a release. However I missed a last minute change.

I asked EMUBands to reject the release so that I could resubmit. Even though distribution had already started, the team were able to do this in a matter of a couple of hours and I successfully uploaded the revised audio.

Full disclosure - we do have the Pro subscription which provides us with a dedicated account manager.

Terrible, if you have a problem or even a question there’s no way to contact them. They promised to care about artists but that was to get us to sign up and then they scam you in by taking away the right to contact them

They charged me twice for distribution and gave a false image. I spent 800 ZAR for distribution and they never provided me with a refund or response on this.

I have previously release with them with original content created as well as with royalty free samples from FL studio.

I have uploaded tracks on Soundcloud with only 3 of 53 tracks seen as AI detection that was rejected.

Why do they not release my other tracks, suggest I find another distrubutor, but also not respond to my emails or provide me with a refund and false image of the costs?

Extremely disappointed in the service. I would not recommend.

It is better to release your tracks alone in modern times

Im a basic account user, i launched a single...Fair price!!! once and forever ! i keep 100% royalties, it took only 2 bussines days to have my song in spotify from my sumit to be a release!!!! , daily payouts , no minimum royalties amount to pay you, super fast support via email! DO YOU NEED MORE?? THIS IS THE DEAL!

The service was ok 10 years ago but now is terrible. There isn’t anyway of speaking to anybody unless you pay a pro subscription and if you email you may not get a response. I am taking down my releases with them and never using them again in the future.
