Subcontracted delivery of parcel to Hermes. Parcel stolen and Hermes admit that it was not left in safe place but say 4Px should offer refund as they contracted them. 4 PX refuse and tell me to contact Hermes. Very poor service. Currently out of pocket as never received my purchase...

I ordered a light from a site that uses 4PX warehouse and I was a little worried it wouldn't come based on what I've read. ordered on Thursday got my tracking info on Friday and it came on Saturday worth noting the tracking number wasn't working till Saturday morning. first off it's worth noting I'm in the UK and didn't need international shipping as they already had it in stock and it was delivered using Yodel. Its also worth noting that an auditing video on youtube was posted last month where the employees didn't take kindly to them filming close to the warehouse so some of those more recent negative reviews may be in response to that video, not saying for certain but you know what fans and subscribers are like plus the fact you don't need to prove you even had any interaction with a company before leaving a review. Also worth noting most people don't review at all, for every review posted there are probably 50 others that didn't review, people only usually give opinions when they have been affected negatively. I usually don't review things but I'm reviewing this because of all the bad ratings. All in all a good experience.

Anyway Anazon refunded but i suspect the plot is to scrape enough card money and use it like a ponsi scheme maybe.

But overall be very wary of anything where you may not have protection and this lots name or china pops up.

Impossible to contact and trace. All links broken to get status information. No package and no refund to date 10/29/2021 on a September order. US CC billing hiding behind a Delaware scam facilitator. There are CN and USA addresses, telephone numbers, eMail, and all fake or unresponsive. Implied location in US, address & phone of vendor is residential and fake. Actually in China.

1st Package Came Rapidly 3 days after order and package was well handled
2nd Package however it was OK I ordered my product on the 9th and came on the 30th, mainly because the flight got delayed another minor problem was the tracking wasn't the best

I purchased a surprise electronics big box from Hayat technologies over a month ago. I went to PayPal to find a tracking number. When I tracked the number it said that it was delivered to my mailbox about a week ago. I never received it. Now I have to go to PayPal to get my money back. If I would have known it was coming from China I would have never ordered it.

So someone saying my review is a hack and someone from a rival shipping company is literally someone from this shipping company trying to discredit my poor review. A poor review because this company is a scam. In total there are so many reviews letting people know that this company is a scam but 4 good reviews. Most likely the 4 good reviews are bull. If there are reviews then this is a scamming company that literally mails something every once in a while to get a good review so they can keep up there appearance so they can keep scamming it's that simple. People dont come on this site so slam other reviews unless most likely they are part of the scam! I dont think that the usps, dhl, or FedEx need to discredit another shipping company!! Seriously scammer get a life and wake up to humanity and get a heart and maybe a real job that doesnt include hurting the human race by scamming them out of there hard earned money.

I'm not sure why so many negative reviews. I literally had 5 large boxes shipped from China to the UK in October, they all arrived fast and safely to me, with no issues whatsoever. Some of the items were fragile ceramic and they made it in one piece as well, although that's probably thanks to the seller packing them so well.

Well established of all. All these bad reviews must be fake comments and other companies because I ordered a parcel of amazon from China they used this courier then on to Royal Mail and it arrived perfectly in a week so it’s ridiculous saying they are scams when they are not you all need get a life seriously and the tracking system was spot on as well thank you 4px :)

I’ve dealt with 4PX tracking with about 6 packages from Hong Kong over the last 5 months, and each one had had detailed information and arrived on time. (I’m buying from OneSixthKit, and 4px is what they use).

I ordered the electronic surprise boxes one of the big ones and been waiting on my order . It says it was delivered on 9/17 but I checked my video door camera and there was nothing delivered at my porch . I can’t believe that I have been scammed .

I wish I knew beforehand that Amazon uses 4PX services otherwise I would have never wasted my time and money.. Next time I purchase something from them and the shipping says 4PX I will automatically ask for a refund. It takes entirely too long and the tracking number does not work or not exist.

After reading reviews here I was a bit wary when I saw that an order I placed with Amazon and fulfilled by a merchant in China was to be shipped by 4PX. However, I received the item within the estimated delivery timeframe and I was able to track the status on the 4PX website every step of the way. Overall excellent service.

The package had status that they tried to deliver it and left a pickup reminder, but none of that happened, and then package was returned to sender. None of their contacts work, email doesn't exist, there is no way to get any information from them nor talk to them. Scam

Been waiting Months for my package. Says its in my country but stuck at custooms. Tracking number provided is not the standard format, its just numbers. I cannot get hold of 4px,, and supplier does not want to take responsibility even though they chose the carrier. This is a 500USD item that i have been waiting for 3 months for, and i cannot get anybody to tell me where it is or what is its status. Customs in my country do not recognise the parcel tracking number, neither do the revenue service or the post office. 4px cant be contacted and i am lost and hopeless out a lot of money now. Dont know what to do?

Please if you have been sent information with this company know that you have been scammed. Do yourself a favor and follow these steps. Get a new debit card, your information has now been compromised. I bought a “large box of unclaimed Amazon packages” it is an absolute scam even though I truly wished it was real. After you have a new debit card in order call your bank and dispute the charge as you have bought from a faulty company. Do this before 30 days of purchase and they can help resolve the issue! Never buy from sites you are hesitant about again, I sure have learned my lesson.
