Delayed Delayed, Avoid from 4PX,

Negative rating should be given.
My parcel was received by their warehouse in UK, which was 9th May 2022.
I still have not received the parcel, today is 9th June 2022. I did hurry their customer service to follow up since 19th May which was 10 days after the parcel has reached their warehouse.
However, I am still cannot obtain the date of arrival.
I have another parcels which were handled by other couriers from UK and I already received them.
4PX excuses that the inconsistence flights from UK and Europe so ...... they are telling customers the lie !!! The poorest customer service I have ever met too, they don't help, all they did is dragging with customer, telling you rubbish reasons at the end., NO tendency to resolve or reimburse the over extended time of delivery. Over a month and I still don't know when I can receive the parcel.
Here the 4PX order number 803414327676 in order to prove I am telling the truth.
Avoid from 4PX ! Don't employ their service otherwise you will have to wait wait wait and no one will tell you the status even you ask the customer service.

this shipper is the worst I have ever…

this shipper is the worst I have ever been in thouch with. Their website is a joke if you try to email them the email does not exist. The tracking is not updated.
For the last 2 months I have been waiting for my package nothing has arrvived and tracking is never updated. Thank god I used paypal so I can get my money back, never going to use this company ever.

Because they do not update the tracking…

Because they do not update the tracking info and when it's transferred to another carrier they do not say who it is I've been waiting 3 days past delivery dates that they extended at will also no other carriers say they have the package so im just helpless and yes i paid a extra 20 dollar's for shipping it was not free I ordered through Amazon and they have not updated in 4 days! Im not happy at all with this company or Amazon

If there could be 0 score, i would give 0.
This is the worst company ever, no tracking, no hotline, someone calls you to tell you to pay extra money for whatever reason otherwise he won't deliver the package (pure extortion and blackmailing), extremely rude courier, very very very long delays with absolutely no recourse (no respect being hotline).

To avoid at all costs!

My recent experience was less than…

My recent experience was less than horrible. Twice package said it was delivered so when I look it up first it said del. To south Carolina. Second time, yesterday, now it says the replacement was del. This time Nevada. By the way I live in Missouri.

4px tracking- Shenzhen, China-->LA in transit

About 3 years ago I ordered a high-end vape mod from a company in China called VapeSourcing who ended up neither sending me the item nor refunding my $78 payment. This act of fraud could not have been accomplished, though, without the ineptitude (or callusion?) of 4px/Aftership. The near non-existence of customer service and tracking updates (see title) allowed VapeSourcing to fabricate 4px excuses for weeks and months of delay in shipping; these included such things as the package was mistakenly sent back to China, that it was mysteriously held up by U.S. Customs, and that a driver declared the shipping address to be "undeliverable". Naturally my own suspicion grew and I went online and actively sought out any 4px human representative. At one point, a link in the 4px website transferred me to Afterships (a sister company?) webpage.Rooting through there a bit, I discovered a link that seemed to show a different way that I might locate my package. Inexplicably, clicking on it opened up a website for a business that marketed cheap wall calendars. Ultimately, VapeSource's disregard, displacement, and deceit succeeded in delaying the process long enough to where a Paypal backed refund or replacement was no longer viable. Though I tend to believe that 4px/Aftership doesn't actively participate in fraudulent activities, its completely hands-off approach to parcel delivery is a green light to those businesses, like VapeSourcing, who will always exploit an opportunity to steal people's money.

Tracking is obscure and deceptive "fake dates"

tracking has the same dates for 4 parts of the journey so far.... Maybe" fake dates " and tracking comments like " plane arriving" who cares if plane is arriving before pick up ...it doesn't tell u where your parcel is located or picked up ...or on the plane
There is a day counter showing the parcel is in transit for 8 days with different 4 locations for the same date ..to find out I had to use a language Chinese to English translator ..the start of the journey was in English and Chinese now its all in Chinese so you can not work anything out unless you use the translator .
"Useless" even if it is China's biggest carrier ..
REALLY I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THE PARCEL ACTUALLY IS. at a guess its in China

Worst courier ever in Australia!

I was at home waiting for my parcel but the driver claimed I didn’t answer his phone call so he left without delivering my parcel.
4px required me to pay additional cost to re-deliver. I reluctantly paid. But 4px changed the re-delivery to self-pick up without my consent.
It’s a 11kg parcel and I don’t have a car. After complaining with proof, 4px was willing to rearrange re-delivery again but it would take 5-7 business days.
The parcel contains all Christmas decorations and presents that I ordered on 11.11.2021. Now it won’t arrive after Christmas.

Worst courier I've ever encountered

Ordered an item back on the 25th November and was estimated to arrive between 1 - 3rd of December, it's been almost 3 weeks and the order has not moved since, no updated whatsoever. I tried to email the company through the contact link on their website which does not work and comes up with an error which gives you a link to contact their support service which also does not work.
The item is supposed to be a Christmas gift for my mother which I highly doubt will arrive in time or whether it will arrive at all!
There is an old version and new version of tracking. The old version comes up with an abnormal/unknown tracking data and the new version states there is no tracking data however apparently it's in transit. I tried to email "track(at)4px.com" which yet again does not work and according to Gmail, this address can not be found! Shipping with this courier is very stressful and a total waste of time!

Reliable Company…

These reviews are demonizing this company. (no i do not work for 4px or a bot) Someone was clearly upset that their parcel got lost. I’ll call that bad luck for them…But this company is reliable. Item was received from china to USA quite fast.

4PX Tracking does indeed deliver…

4PX Tracking does indeed deliver packages, but the registration can sometimes mess up due to packages coming from Asia (China). You just have to track your 4PX package via 4PX order No. on their courier website (https://.www.track.4px(dot)com/#/result/0/4PXOrderNo(usually numbers)). When you get access to information about your parcel there should be a Tracking No. that you can put into your local delivery services e.g. in Sweden we have Postnord; try using the tracking No. in Postnords services (or any other you can think of in your country e.g. DHL) and you should find some information. On the 4PX website, it said in French "Destinataire absent et informé de venir retirer l'envoi" but when I used the tracking No. in Postnords services I found out that my parcel had already been sent to my local pickup station.
