Shocking company resembling a modern day concentration camp operated by migrants. The Asian & Chinese in the office are rude and extremely patronising with what appears to be a very anti white sentiment.

SCAM company, sent me something I didn’t order and then can’t contact them to send the items back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Tracking number says no data available when tracking through 4px carrier picked up package 23 days ago still not out for delivery. Update 10 minutes to exact delivery time and according to Amazon it is not even out for delivery. Update now saying seven more days before it arrives still not out for delivery and when you use the tracking ID to track your parcel it says no information available or no data found

I have been battling Viofo.com who use 4PX for 2 months. They could not find the address despite it being easily located on Google. They tried twice. Chinese companies use these people (probably members of the communist party). In such situations get a refund and quickly.

Just wanted to add a quick positive review. I had a thing shipped from China to Montreal (Canadia) via 4px. I read these reviews, freaked out a little. In the end, it was kinda slow, but not unacceptably. The status would hang for a day or 3 sometimes, but the package made it in reasonable time for a low-cost shipper. Luckily someone was there to receive it. I'm not sure their policy on leaving things for people to steal or knocking or whatever.

I read a lot of very negative reviews here about 4PX and I think many are justified, but I also think people need to take more responsibility themselves when dealing with these extraordinarily cheap providers. Yes the delivery was pretty inadequate; Yes I had no idea where my package was for pick up; but a quick search on tracking ninja using the 4PX tracking number told me exactly where it was, and I walked 500 meters to get it. You want A+ service, then pay for it. These guys do the job on a low budget so you get your products for peanuts. Think before jumping in with criticism. TRACKING NINJA is the place to start your search.

After two of my deliveries were “lost” by this shipping company, I’m pretty sure they’re nothing but a bunch of thieves taking packages. I ordered custom parts for my car on Amazon and both orders claim to have been delivered to my address. Neither package was delivered to me. After. Along Amazon I was told to go to my local post office to see if my package was delivered there. The PO asked me for a USPS tracking number which I don’t have because the only tracking number provided was the 4PX number. Why companies like this are allowed to operate is beyond me.

Terrible company, item totally stuck in China and no movement for days. Do NOT use 4px! Also no working email address or any contact details to get any further information. AVOID!

Ordered through Amazon, says pk arriving by 8 pm. No package, says delivered to Elliot City MD, I’m in Canada.I think this is a scam.

If i could put nil i would shambles ordered on line uk ,tracking says left china , if id have know company ordering from there id have looked elsewhere not happy one bit still not heard much 2 weeks almost

I don't care they often don't even knock - Amazon and post guy often don't either. Most of the packages were delivered ok at first BUT than they lost 2 packages within a week and I had to wrestle refund from sellers. Now I stressed every time I get email they got they dirty paws on my orders - will it arrive? will it not? It's a real gamble. Hate it :(((

I would give this company minus 10 if they have that rating. The worst courier I every met. Can't reach them anywhere. They didn't have an active number. Still didn't get my item over a month.

I ordered a dbl cushion and 2 pillows for an egg chair from Amazon. It was picked up on July 1 and I am still waiting for it! I cannot get a refund until I contact the shipper. The shipper has no contact information listed through the Amazon site. I’ve been waiting for this item for over a month!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!!

After waiting 3 weeks, delivery guy arrives & violates privacy by taking a photo of me & the item without seeking permission. When I complain, he says "no photo, no delivery" & proceeds to leave with the parcel.

I order a laptop book but didn't receive because you give me tracking number but issues other customer name and number

I placed an order thru Amazon on 5/23/2023 and as of today, 6/16/2023, I have not gotten it. Additionally, the tracking says it was delivered to Melrose, IL on 6/09/2023. Also conveniently the seller is "Out of Stock" and can not be contacted directly. I have to use Amazon customer service who only want to refund me.
