En 4px 

Garbage service, it has been over 10 days and I haven't recieved my package. Kogan should use a diffrent courier as 4PX is Garbage. Tried mailing them as they are based in china but the email bounced back. Avoid at all costs.

My package has been sitting at their "depot" (which is the back room of a bubble tea restaurant in my city) a half mile from my house for over two weeks now. The 4PX customer service email is a fake email address, it bounces back. This company is either a complete scam that sellers use it to fake shipments, or they are the most inept courier ever. It's a toss up at this point.

4PX have had my 3 packages onboard for delivery for over a week now with 2 fake delivery attempts, one just moments ago… There is always someone home and the security cameras would capture anyone entering our property. The courier is obviously faking eateries to make it look as though delivery was attempted. Avoid this courier like COVID! 0 customer service.

Ordered some clothing from Amazon, clothing never arrived. If you order and the company uses 4px, cancel immediately as it is most likely a scam. I doubt that there was even a real package to begin with, just a scheme for stealing our money!

It's the same old thing, if it comes from China expect crap. You would think we would have learned by now!
I don't even walk in to WalMart. Remember shop WalMart support China! It's the same story what ever you order or buy from China.

Avoid ordering from China if they use 4PX as their courier, you will not receive your items. I placed an order through amazon who I believed only used selected sellers but unfortunately I've never received the goods. Tracking number hasn't updated since 3rd March. 4PX has no customer service email so unless you're prepared to make a very expensive phone call to China there is no way of contacting this shoddy courier service.

4PX tracking said the item was delivered. Nothing arrived here. Tracking said it was delivered In New York. However it was supposed to be shipped to New Mexico where I am. Luckily the order was through Amazon and I got my money back

I ordered some car lights from China in February with a delivery at the end of March. Yesterday I thought I'd check on the tracking to find they were marked as delivered on 8th March. As I'm working from home I can say they were definitely not delivered on the 8th, or any other day for that fact.

Never even heard of this carrier before but I ordered two packages that were being delivered through this carrier from China. Got a notification saying items were delivered SUCCESSFULLY on the 8th of March and never received anything and it’s now the 11th. Put in my tracking number and my tracking number didn’t even exist. Reached out to the seller to let them know and surprise, surprise the sellers email didn’t exist either! Not cool or fair!

Tracking says my item has been delivered, but it hasn't. Their email address bounces all my emails back, and their phone number is always busy.

I sent back an order I'm still waiting for refund

Bought an item from China. Everything was good and fast until 4px. It's was "out for delivery" then an email came saying the package couldn't be delivered and would be sent in the next cycle. After waiting over a week I checked with the seller. 4px had sent the package back to China.

I received a package from 4px today. They are a real delivery company. The biggest concern is they did not provide me with any TRACKING INFORMATION, so I was worried. I contacted the customer service for the company that I purchased the product from in China, and they said it would take about 15 days for the items to arrive. It ended up taking 16 days, so pretty close. The items were well packaged and everything works great!

Waiting for more than 2 Months with no update from seller, 4px is not reachable by phone or email address, package should ship from china to germany, do not use/trust 4px

4PX in Australia is terrible. My experience while my package was in China with 4PX in China was great, accurate tracking info and updates everyday on where the package is.

As soon as it landed in Australia and 4PX Australia took over the experience turned bad. The updates are either not done or incorrect.

My package was marked for delivery by the driver on 5/1/2022 and I have not received the package and no other updates since then.

Happy to wait for deliveries but not happy when the courier company can't provide accurate regular updates on where my package is at.

Absolutely shocking company, all their contact information is fake so you can’t contact them to chase an item. Been waiting for three weeks for a delivery and nothing

Parcel I ordered from Hobart left on 12 Dec, arrived in Melbourne 14 Dec. Expecting delivery to my place by 15 Dec. It is now 25 Dec, parcel was delivered to Sydney depot and is still there. No explanation or help from customer support who are very slow in responding.
Feb update. I still havent got my package from Tasmania, but I did get a refund, from the seller none the less. The courier finally reported they couldnt find my package, like it never existed, A large 1 meter pink and white unicorn, for my niece.

This company is a an outright scam.

It is being used by fraud sellers on marketplaces ect ect, I ordered a $400 couch

All three apparent Australian contact numbers all are fake. My tracking code says its been sitting at the melbourne depot for many days. However these locations dont have have a 4PX at the three advertised locations in Australia.

I used the Bunnings Australia Online marketplace.

I am so surprised Bunnings even allow this scammers to operate on the marketplace. Its pathetic

There are no online agents to talk to via the apparent chat, nothing.

This placed needs to be banned and removed from Australia and the search engines

WARNING - Before ordering anything. Always find out the delivery service. If it is this 4px company. Its a SCAM

All the positive reviews are fake online. Created by these scammers themselves.

Think it's really bad as IV been waiting on a gift for Christmas for my girlfriend on the 2nd November an still waiting
