Must say this is a real pain where it hurts most !! I used to be able to visit lounges at any time and with every flight, now with Dragon, I get refused often due bookings or times .. I’m sitting in Paris for two hours and cannot enter with my dragon pass, because it only opens for us at 17:30 it’s now 14;05 … pathetic !!!
Submitted a complaint about quality and availability of food and drink during a recent lounge visit. Complaint rejected as 'Dragonpass responsibility is to faciltate access to the lounge', they do not acept responsibility of any issues whilst in the lounge. So basically a waste of time complaining, even though the dragonpass website has an FAQ on making complaints about issues at lounges!! Dragon Pass Customer services agent was condescending when informing me the complaint we being rejected.
Great experience at Manchester terminal 2, the staff were really helpful and attentive. I know Manchester is notoriously difficult to get in the lounge without booking so this was a pleasant surprise. Everywhere else I travel in the world it’s always easy to get in, from Dubai, Frankfurt, to Hong Kong. Wouldn’t want to travel without lounge access.
My wife and I have a dragon pass through our bank. We were informed at the Cape Town airport that no charge would be made if we went in with our three children and on that basis we used the lounge. I have just received a bill for £72 and I am outraged. All they can say is they don’t own the lounges and refuse to refund the money.
Excellent experience with loads of lounge choices and now Fast Track, which really makes the airport experience better and quicker!
total waste of money paying the monthly payment they never accept my dragon pass at my local airport
Ive used DragonPass app to gain access to a couple of airport lounges across different countries, its made my layovers and waiting times more comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to travel.
Stayed second time in Premium Lounge - great place to rest and grab some drinks before long flight home. There is a fresh food and place to relax. Highly recommended!
Seamless experience during my transfer flights, perfect way to spend time using while waiting the flight.
It was super easy to navigate around the app and then the lounge was super easy to get into.
Plaza Premium lounge Gatwick North terminal
Used that lounge in January 2025 through DragonPass.
It was very easy to get in. The lounge is clean and offers a good choice of food and drinks.
Laurence was awesome in resolving login problems. He was empathetic, knowledgeable , efficient and positive in his approach. Old school service. Thank you.
Queries get standard responses without addressing the specifics. I am told that because something went wrong with registration on their app with my name (which they should have pre-populated), I cannot correct it, they cannot change it and I cannot have any access until the end of the year (it is now february). This is incredibly frustrating. Dumbfounded.
I’ve been locked out of my account for six months and they just stopped replying to emails. Visa should drop them as a partner.
Going away with friends in May,I tried to book seats in the lounge back last year but the calendar would not allow me to book past April,so I waited till Jan to book again but suprise surprise no availability left for my party .this is the second time this has happened and a call to customer service is a total waste of time they're all a bunch of Robots answering the phone .these companies just want your money and do not give a crap about you or your holiday.
My advice would be if your traveling abroad take a pack lunch .
Can never pre book, absolutely pointless! Even when you turn up at the desk, they state that there is no space, we could see spare tables.
Denied access at both lounges in Oslo airport for coming “too” early. Just 3 hours before departure. You can only show up 2 hours before departure time (we’ll see if that is the boarding time or flight departure time by the way, which means you can only be there for 45 minutes). Both lounges OSL (international side) and near A15 were completely empty. Time when I arrived 9:25am.
They say “these are the rules”. Come back later.
In many other airports around the world I have been put in waiting lists and waited for 2 or 3 hours to be SMS later right at the moment you need to depart and you cannot use the lounge. DRAGON PASS across de world is treated as a cheap/low priority client against business travellers. Yet you pay £36 per month religiously. This should be really a class action from travellers against airports/airlines and Dragon pass as a real scam business.
I’ve had a yearly unlimited membership for two years now but I absolutely will not be renewing again. The lounges they use are always full and dragon pass is not considered a priority to the lounges so there have been 15 occasions I’ve not even been able to use the membership in the last 2 years. The app constantly breaks and I’ve been unable to buy guest passes meaning I’ve missed out on using the lounge as I cannot bring my partner in with me. They also have ridiculous agreements with specific lounges making it even more restrictive such as only being able to access them two hours before your flight.
I have a Dragon Pass through my Natwest Black account with my husband ( we both have membership cards) We recently used the cards for a lounge visit but when checking in ( although we had both our cards and app to hand) the receptionist advised they only needed the one card for the booking and did not require the other card. We noticed after returning home a charge of £24 guest fee debited to our account !! When contacting Dragon Pass Customer Service their attitude was disgusting .... they actually had the audacity to blame us as the customer for not forcing the receptionist to take the card !
Natwest you need to pull away from this shambles of a company .
Dragonpass through Barclays- awful customer service. Hiding behind the ‘we are just the third party so it’s not our fault the lounge is awful’ line. Aspire lounge Heathrow T5. No food, overcrowded and surly staff. Asked to have my passes returned- not a chance.
