This was my first and will be my last

This was my first and will be my last. It took almost two months to receive my order. HORRIBLE customer service. They don’t back their product and offer no refunds or cancellations. It seems pretty shady to me. So, this company got me once, but they will not get me twice.
They use Covid as an excuse. I order from other companies and ones that are much larger than this one which I get my orders on time.
Customer service is HUGE. and this company dropped the ball....BIG TIME!!!

I Ordered from them twice before the coronavirus paramedic started and everything was fine. I used to receive my order within a week or two. I think they got the best monomer at a great price. I have wanted to order from them since April of this year, but I was hearing all the bad reviews, so I went to my local nail supply to purchase some, but the monomer kept crystallizing. I couldn't find any good monomer at a better price than their so i took my chances and placed my order June 21st. I got my order confirmation. I gave it about month before I contacted them which was July 25th. No update no tracking number just an automated message. So I gave it another month, which was August 5th. I got another automated saying my order is still waiting to be fulfilled. I never got a true message from a real person. So I kept researching just to see more and more terrible reviews. So I started panicking and knew if i didn't dispute the charge with my bank soon I wasn't going to get any items or my money back. So that what I did. I am still looking around for a good monomer at a good price with not such a strong scent that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. But until then I just settled with young nails.

I ordered my item July 23

I ordered my item July 23, 2020. It’s Oct. 3rd and I’m just getting an update. Unacceptable. I haven’t had a problem with any other service ordering online except this one. Heck I even ordered stuff from AliExpress and it got to me in about 15-20 days. I ordered an alpha brush a month later and that got to me. I’m confused? Shut your website down if you know you have a back up. Stop posting new items that aren’t even available, and let people know that you are out of stuff instead of letting us buy items that aren’t readily available!!

I do love his products and I really don't care if they come from China, I order stuff from China all the time. Just be honest. I placed 2 orders in July. I opened a dispute with Sezzle and I got refunds. I really just wanted my order or at least some answers as to when I would be getting them. SO sad now I have to reorder and wait another 2 months I'm sure to get it. Before Covid-19 I would have to wait 3 weeks to a month for delivery and I'm 2 states away.

Terrible service

I’ve been purchasing from Max for about 4 years. I placed a small order august 19th,2020 and it is now September 30,2020. I have never had this problem. My products have always been shipped out within a week or so. This has caused me to stop doing dip services at my salon... not that it was a huge cut in money making but it sucks now because the clients that loved it won’t be getting this service anymore as enailcouture seemed to be the best. I think “COVID” is just an excuse and he can be possibly getting his products from China and landing them as “USA”. Never purchasing again

0 star rating... His company has gone down hill in the last year. I’ve been using his products for at least 2 years. My most recent order was placed on August 1st. Still shows order status as “confirmed”
Sent an email inquiring about my order status only to receive a generic email back stating that covid has made it difficult to keep up with orders. Yet he is releasing new products daily! Very frustrating and I will NEVER order from them again.

FYI if you’ve paid with sezzle you can get a refund just open a dispute. My order was placed on July 27, 2020 here we are and I still didn’t get my items. I sent an email got the email that everyone gets, I open my dispute on 9/18 and e nail has already canceled my order and sent the refund to sezzle. Good luck to anyone purchasing from them NEVER AGIN!

If I could rate -5 stars I would. July 21 was the order date. Finally had to cancel the order through the credit card co. Got the story that covid was the reason, I believe it in part, I believe he gets his supplies from China and brands them in the U.S.
Sanctions placed on China is the only explanation for the sudden and massive delay in shipping.

Just started doing nails and Placed my first 2 orders on Thursday and Friday and have already received both orders. Loving that it is based in Canada and Customer service was amazing and even refunded me for one shipping cost and lumped them together
All the packaging is super cute and the product seems great also. Loving the cotton candy monomer. Easy to work with and doesn’t have such a harsh smell. I’m super excited to keep trying enail coutures products.
I have absolutely nothing bad to say so far :)

WOW I'm beyond shocked and disappointed…

WOW I'm beyond shocked and disappointed with this company. I was watching a very well known nail artist on you tube and she was using these products. So I decided to go the website and order. What a mistake that was. I order Aug 4 2020. It is Sept 16 2020 and still nothing.Sent several emails regarding my tracking info and same automated message each time. All i wanted to know was if they at least didnt forget about my order. They didn't even have the decency to do that I didn't mind waiting I really didn't. what they did was not right canceling my order :( complained to sezzle the payment plan I used for enail couture that I was not paying my last payment until I knew the status of my order. The very next day I received a message from enail couture that said they canceled my order I was PISSED. I FILED A dispute thinking sezzle would have them reach out to me and instead enail couture canceled my order. That was rude and unprofessional and I'm very disgusted. Now I will go back to Susie's YOU TUBE Chanel and let her know that she's is embarrassing her business by using his products and recommending ppl to buy them. NEVER AGAIN AND I'M SORRY IT HAD TO BE THIS WAY . I really like watching Susie's videos but she needs to know what an embarrassment she has made to herself by offering his products.
I'm very upset I really wanted to try those products and I would not have mind waiting but the fact they don't send any messages to keep you UPDATED IS JUST very unprofessional in my book m I'm sorry

Never received my product

Never received my product. Disputed the charge through Paypal and basically got an instant decision and money was refunded. I guess Paypal knows about this company because I have disputed things through Paypal before and its has taken over a month to get my money back. I received the decision the next day and was refunded. If you buy anything from enailcouture, use Paypal and dont expect to get any of the products. Just my experience.

Same problem different day, ordered 7/9/20 Two items, $20 haven’t received it I have reached out they said it would be mailed haven’t seen a thing, the company is at a shame rn, been ordering for years, this is the worse, it’s all about the money he sells to unlicensed people not cool!! Covid is a poor excuse Considering I’ve ordered from other more reputable companies clear cross the states further than Arizona and I’ve gotten my supplies 20 times over, probably because the manufacturing companies are here in the US he knows Got damn well his products comes from Japan he’s a liar, It’s harder to get things through customs at the moment with Trump being in office! So yeah why doesn’t he put a hold on his business and not take peoples money? Don’t buy Enailcouture 😢

Botched

The company is using the Covid pandemic as an excuse for their redic shipping time and crappy customer service... at the start if March the company was already stating due to Covid shipping would slow down ... however Arizona didn’t lock down till April ... they state you order will shipped in 3 to 4 business days ... then add a fast after processing ... in their redic long explanation that processing again due to Covid is taking 30+ business days So to add insult to injury... they then post all orders after March will not be allowed to be canceled ... I’m stuck with purchasing another brand for an event coming up and I feel I’m being forced to keep a product i now no longer need ... it’s true I can use the product in the future I just don’t like being treated so poorly ... when I called I was however told they could expedite my shipping and put my order to the top for an extra 31 bucks :( I was so excited to get the nails and I’m still here waiting ....

This company and alien is a joke

They delete any and all negative responses off their social media. I ordered my product June 16th, 2020. It’s been 3 months nearly and nothing. This company is the biggest joke. Even if it comes from out of country - covid is no longer an excuse, I still receive products from China in a timely manner (at most maybe 6 weeks but lately it’s been 4 week). Still 3 months out and nothing from enail... goofy dude busy posting to further lure people into his scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I would never write a review but this company is a huge joke. Save your money and order from a professional company, or buy individually off AliExpress/amazon. If your business depended on their product, pff good luck.

There’s a no refund policy, no cancellation and no email response. What does that tell you about a company? Horrible. Whoever writes a positive review are clearly in the severe minority for a reason.
