Its so dissappointing after several orders

Sadly, I agree with the poor customer service and poor shipping reviews. This isnt my first order. More like my fifth or sixth and honestly, they have always been slow. But this last order is really taking long and with no email responses to my inquiries. They have fantastic products but its been about 10 weeks since my order. Ive reached out to my bank, but i would have preferred my products. I really like them.

When you dont communicate with your customers you breach trust, so I cant trust that patiently waiting will mean Ill eventually receive what I ordered. Its very disappointing. As much as I like thier products I will not shop with them again.

As a word of advise, if you cant ship products, dont sell them or partner with a company like Amazon and have someone else ship for you. Having a great product and poor reputation means you will eventually fail. It does not matter how good your product is, if people cant trust you then they wont shop from you.

Long shipping, great customer service

I must have had excellent luck with customer service. Like everyone else my 1st order did take almost 3 months to get to me. I didn't get all pissy until we were approaching the 3 month mark. I had called the customer service number and spoke to someone on several occasions. The one time I call and had to leave a voice-mail, I was immediately sent a personalized email about the real status of my order. There is a customer service number. If you call, you'll talk to a person. How are these people talking about bad customer service if you've never talked to anyone??

The shipping is atrocious. I won't lie. Everywhere else is shipping within 10 business days. Max doesn't really have an excuse. I believe he knows this. Also, if you scroll down to shipping in the FAQ section, it does say 30 plus business days. I guess people neglected to take the time to read but whatever. While the shipping is really bad the products are top notch. You can leave a bad review without lying or slander. Thats a lawsuit waiting to happen.

All in all, the wait time is the WORST. No excuses there. The customer service is excellent. I have since placed another order with full understanding that it'll take forever and I'm fine with that.

Max is a terrible business owner

Been waiting 2 months for my order and it still hasn’t even been processed let alone shipped. I love this companies products buts it’s not worth the terrible customer service and crappy processing/shipping time. So glad I didn’t spend hundreds this time meanwhile youtubers are still receiving their items🙄from in “PR”

If I could give them no stars I would. This is ridiculous, I wish I would have known about this site before I placed my order. I ordered $200+ of products and I still haven’t received anything. This owner and company is a joke. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Please save your money

Please save your money. I was so excited to purchase from this company. I ordered on July 8th not even the peak of the pandemic it was just beginning to slow down and it is now August 21 and I have not been updated on my order. I sent out an email on August 5th and got an automated message about the pandemic and how it’s making everything slow. Now although I do understand that the pandemic is making things slow I have received things from China faster than I have received these products and they’re based in the Us. Save you money please.

Been almost 2 months since I placed my…

Been almost 2 months since I placed my order and still nothing. They don’t tell you until after payment that it takes up to 30 business days just to process and it’s been 30 for me and still nothing!!! They also stated no refunds and all sales final as they knew people would request a refund. I’m pretty sure not shipping items and not giving a refund is illegal and I’ll be looking into the matter. Do not buy from them!!! Young nails is a good company and worth a try as I went to them instead and got my order before this one.

First and LAST order

It has been 2 months and I still have not received my order. I emailed asking for a status update. A week later and no response. This is the first time I have ordered from this company...and it will be my last!!!
This is NOT how you run a business. If I ran my businesses this way, I would NOT have them for long. If I provide bad or no customer service, I would have no business.
Max, get it together or your business will be no more.

Months to ship. Terrible customer service. Selling products he doesn’t have. Lies about it being made in the USA. Got my money back from my bank. Brand is so trashy from the branding to the website. Owner deletes all comments you make on their social media.

OVER 4 MONTHS, STILL NOT PROCESSED

I ordered $100 worth of products May 3rd 2020 ans today is Aug 14th 2020 and my order still isn't processed!!!! They only have a generic email response and no customer service phone number or support. I am disgusted that Max is running his company this way and NOBODY SHOULD EVER WASTE THEIR MONEY HERE!!!! Max has blocked me on social media for calling him out and i wont stop. DONT WORRY THO, MY BANK GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK, BUT YOUR NOT OFF THE HOOK MAXXXXX! YOU PIECE OF COVID TRASH

They have the worst customer service

They have the worst customer service! Blaming delays on Covid but Covid has nothing to do with placing an order and getting no response or update for 30 plus days. I have ordered and received several packages from their competitors in the 30 days I've been waiting on them to respond. AND refuse to refund you. This really sucks because their products are great. If I ever receive my package that will be the last time I ever shop with them.

Good product, bad shipping delays, horrible website

I know, I know, the wait times... And I think the COVID is only an excuse, to be honest. There is something else going on - like the demand just overwhelming the current staff, moving to the new warehouse, hiring new employees, and, above all, adding just too many new products. Also the website... Why nobody has mentioned the website?? He has to get someone professional re-designing the website pronto. As in yesterday. The drop-down menus had become way too hard to use. Once you have to scroll through the drop-down menu, cut it. Group the products by length, shape, color, anything. Definitely have kits separate from just the tips. Same with the gel polishes color range. And don't even get me started on the photos. I have better photos of my nails taken with a phone. So excuse me while I tear my hair out every time I try to get what I need (well, want, really, LOL).

Now, with all of that being said, I do love his products. I buy a lot from ali, and I have not seen anything like 123 go. Some of them claim to be Apres X, so gel, but I just don't know. To me they are different. And yes, I do have Apres as well. What can I say, I am the type of a person who has to try everything. For gel nail tips to me the test is how well they shape when pinched. 123 go - you can resize them basically by just pinching, which will give you a more pronounced C-curve and a slightly smaller nail, and it will not go back to the original shape for long enough for you to get the nail placed and baked. Acrylic nail will bounce right back, and you have to size it by filing. They also smell (stink) totally different when you're filing them off. And yes, you can get the UV flashlight off ali, and it is the same product. Probably you can get same brushes, but I don't know enough about brushes to compare. However I recently got an order from ali, and for 10 products I ordered 1 (ONE) was correct. I am still disputing that, because the seller thinks it does not matter if he sends clear short square tips, or long coffin white tips. So that sort of thing happens all over the place. But I digress.

I placed my order June 2nd and I just got it on August 10th. NOT 30 days. NOT 60 days, even. But I read the reviews and decided to place an order regardless, and then read the reviews and decided to just not to bother with the complaints and take it easy. This is NOT what I usually do, but you have to pick your battles, and I had enough complaints going on as it was. Everything in order I received was correct, I love the sport length tips, they are actually long for me, but not ridiculously so, and the sizes are good as well. I wish I could just buy the replacement sizes, as with Apres, maybe some day. So right now I am pondering placing another order, just in time for the Thanksgiving. Then maybe in September one that would be a Christmas gift to myself. With that being said - I just do my own nails, this is not something I need to relay on for the clients. I would probably be pretty pissed as a business owner. Hard to plan business purchases with the shipping so delayed and unreliable.

Overall to me 123 go and related products are 5 star and I don't buy a lot of other stuff from them. Like his drill is tempting at 40K rmp, but not at $300 price point. The shipping is one star off. Maybe it should be 3 stars off, but I took it easy on this one, and decided not to get as aggravated as I always do . For the next order I will maybe look into Sezzle to see if I can delay payment for delayed shipping.

BUYERS BEWARE!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! More than 2 month wait for your order and bad customer service. No email updates on your order status. Also, no disclaimer at the time of checkout. By that I mean, customer’s should have the option of being notified of the 2+ month wait time and have the option to agree to wait and customer’s should also be informed that they can’t request a refund after order is placed.

53 days later and I still haven't received my items. I would contact customer support but they barely respond. This is a total THUNDERFUCK!!! I wish he would Stop emailing and promoting more stuff when you can fulfill the current orders.

Not Made in USA!!!!!!

Most items Max claims are "Made in USA" are actually China knock offs. Go on Aliexpress and you'll see identical products (except they don't have his logo on them) for a fraction of the cost that's Enailcoture are selling them for. I get it that he's entitles to make a profit and on sell products but don't tout them as being "made in USA" when clearly are not. LIAR LIAR LIAR!!!!!

THEY ARE LIARS & REFUSE TO REFUND UR $$ 3MTHS LATER WHEN YOU STILL DONT HAVE YOUR ORDER!

I just like EVERYONE else placed my order back in May 2020. I still have let to receive ANYTHING but a generated email, claiming due to covid...blah blah blah orders will take 30 days. Yaaaah IT'S AUGUST 1ST!!! still nothing! Just the good old dame generated email. They updated it with, YAY we are back in the warehouse and fulfilling orders again... then it continues to say due to covid. They have time to update their website with new products they are offering... but cant seem to produce a personalized email letting you know where the F your stuff is or when you'll get it. They as well do not tell you that you cannot get a refund till AFTER you place your order. I searched thru the entire website BEFORE placing my order as I had heard a few complaints about them. But I also heard good things too. So since there was no major red flags which would give me serious concern at the time about placing an order, so I did. I then received a confirmation email receipt and on that email receipt it said NO REFUNDS AFTER March 15th.
I too have filed a complaint with the BBB of Arizona. I am thinking of contacting a lawyer and filing a class action lawsuit. 3 months later and still no product or money back. I spent over 98$ for my order!! No customer service, no number to contact, no way to get my money back, this company needs to have its license stripped, website shut down and criminal charges filed with the local court system for theft!

This company is horrible

This company is horrible! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Placed an order June 1 still have not received any product. Emailed them got a canned answer. Emailed them again no answer. Just filed complaints with the BBB and FTC for fraud. Anyone who has had trouble with them should file complaints!! Very easy to do online. BUYER BEWARE!

Do yourself a favor and purchase your nails supplies somewhere else. My order has been pending since early May. I knew that it was going to take a month, but we're almost in August. I spoke with a CS rep Friday and she said that my order would be mailed out that day... nope... still waiting. At this point, I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB and just dispute the transaction w/my bank. With the number of complaints regarding the same issues, I'm surprised that a class-action lawsuit hasn't been started. I have purchased items from Kiara Sky, DND nails, Modelones, and items from AliExpress which I have received all my packages. I understand that things are taking longer than usual, however, when the owner of the company is mocking the customers that support his business and deleting comments on his Instagram page it just shows you what type of company that you are supporting.

***UPDATE***
I just received one of my orders which started w/115 placed on 5/12 after I submitted a complaint with the BBB. The number for customer service Phone: (520) 573-7142 which they are no longer advising what order numbers that they are working on. I'm still waiting for my 2nd order placed 5/26.

Buckle up, this company takes you for an unfortunate ride!

Buckle up, because this review is a doozy! I ordered my single item (the souffle cream gel, 30ml) on 5/13. I knew it would take awhile, since their long (and concerning) blurb after check out explained it could take up to 30 business days for my order to ship. So I patiently waited the 30 business days before reaching out. I got the same b.s. automated response everyone else got. I also noticed, while searching my order confirmation for contact info, that the ordered color was lady pink and not clear. Now, I checked my basket MULTIPLE times before and during check out, and I had selected clear. I immediately sent an email to the company letting them know it needed to be corrected. It took them 12 days to give me an actual response. 12 DAYS (not counted the auto response they sent, again). They basically stated that nothing was changed on their side, and they are currently out of stock of the clear. So I responded with additional questions, hoping to resolve the issue. I also noticed the price for the souffle gel had dropped dramatically (I paid $20 for 30ml, and it dropped to $5.99). I stated I wanted a refund for the price difference if I was charged for the price of clear (I think my choice was automatically changed to lady pink because clear was out of stock when I checked out) but am now going to receive lady pink. Their response? They shipped my order knowing it is incorrect. They did not ask if I would like to wait for clear to become available again, nothing. And the kicker? Clear souffle is available on their website as I type this review. I resorted to filing with the BBB when I did not receive a response months ago about my order. I guarantee this is the only reason it has been shipped at all! They do not care if the order is right or wrong. They want their money! I am beyond disgusted and appalled by how this "company" operates. The narcissistic moron that runs it should probably pull his head out and look around. Granted, this may be difficult considering all the fillers and surgeries he's had. Never again will I have anything to do with their products!!

Don't Do It

Ok, I've ordered from them before with minor shipping issues. But I decided that I'd give them another chance. Worst mistake ever, I ordered on July 2, and still no package, it hasn't even shipped. Normally I would give a little leeway. Problem is I've ordered from Kira Sky, Nail Superstore and Nailco (nail wholesale Co). These companies have distribution centers all over America. I ordered most of these products AFTER my enailcouture order. Received them ALL. Suggestion, please for the love of God order from another dependable company. Don't accept the excuse it is who they use for their shipping. Crap Ups,FedEx,USPS, and even DHL
All still shipping successfully.
This company should take strong lessons on shipping and fix it's unreliability issues!

Ordered on the 3rd of January 2020

Ordered on the 3rd of January 2020, they said item was shipped on the 19th of January 2020 , and here we are 23 July 2020 and still no package.
Emailed them a few times and still only get a generic response and the latest was a delay due to Covid... I'm sorry, but if my order was shipped in January, what does that have to do with covid now as it was ordered before!
Sent another email last week and they have yet to respond.
Worst customer service.
If you are looking for alternatives, buy Kiara Sky, it is a little more pricey BUT you actually get your products.
