Don’t buy from exclusive nail couture

I ordered $92 worth of items on May 19! Instead of updating my information or sending my items I get this tired automated response email. It’s seeming like their whole operation is to get your order and your money but not send you your items. This is my second order. The first one was received late but albeit sent, so I trusted they would send the items of my second order in due time. What a joke company!!! All I can say is reputation is something you have to work with to maintain and so far this company is getting a very bad one!! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY WITH AFTERPAY, SEZZLE, or KLARNA or by whatever else!!!! They will take your money!!!

Absolutely horrid!

Absolutely horrid!
You will be lucky if you receive your order in 2 months. It’s nothing to do with COVID- their orders were backed up WELL before this and they make any excuse possible. He makes it seem like he’s giving his customers a deal and the prices are not cheap! It’s the same as competitors!
Plus, half the time, his products come broken (after waiting for 2 months) and he refuses refunds or replacements.
It’s a total joke.
There’s multiple other beauty sites selling this ‘gel nail extension’ application at home.
I’m using them in the future. Please do the same and avoid this garbage.
Don’t believe me?! Check out the 70 plus % rating on this site claiming that enailcouture is horrible.
Do your research and search the complaints against this company. The evidence is RIGHT there!

123-NO. Please don’t waste your money or time with this company

I’ll go ahead and say the cliche, “If I could give 0 stars, I would” on this one. I placed 3 orders, 2 on May 7th and 8th respectively, and a third on June 2nd. Well, after waiting almost 2 months, I get a phone call from the company stating that I had accidentally checked that I would be picking my 3rd order up at their business in Tuscan. I live in Cincinnati, and somehow didn’t make that mistake with my first 2 orders, so I’m not sure how that happened. None the less, the lady on the phone says they will be emailing me a link to PayPal them the $6.99 shipping fee, which I was totally fine with and did. That brings us to now. I received my first two orders (the cheaper 2 of the 3) yet the third one that I had to PayPal shipping charges for got sent to the COMPLETE WRONG ADDRESS! They sent it to my previous address which is still technically my billing address but upon checking, every single thing on the PayPal transaction for shipping and my initial order have my current address as the shipping address. So they left my package at an extremely unsecured building in a not so great neighborhood, and it’s gone. I called them and although the woman on the phone was super sweet, they told me that they could do absolutely nothing and that I should “Just dispute it” She also then tried to claim that they called me and couldn’t reach me so they left a message and when I told her that was absolutely not true and that when they called I answered and spoke to the woman about shipping. She then asked me to “prove it” and when I asked how I was supposed to prove that she just stuttered and said “I just-I don’t know, it’s out of our hands we can’t do anything. Dispute it.” I’m so sorry for the extremely long-winded review, but I am so beyond extremely upset. I want the products (sadly) not a refund from my card company. Oh and just as a last little aside, she did offer me a discount on my next order, so I guess that’s something. 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 TL/DR-Just whatever you do, don’t spend your money with them. I know they’re pretty and alluring, but there are other options. Apres is just a little more money but the quality is phenomenal and shipping and customer service is tops.

I order my items back in May 2020 and…

I order my items back in May 2020 and still haven’t received my items. They send a generic email to everyone letting them know that they’re under a stay at home order. I just don’t understand why they won’t allow people to cancel their Orders. Waiting this long is unacceptable. This will be the last order placed with them. I will order from a company that cares for their customers and treat them with respect.

Placed my order May 23. It's now August 11.... I was told last month my order would ship beginning of July. They won't even give order numbers they are working on anymore and btw the phone number to contact them is 520-573-7142 They took it off the website...

Long time to ship & missing item AMAZING customer service

Yes it did take a long time from ordering to ship but once shipped it was to be with in days. I was missing an item but I wrote an email with pictures of what I received and my shipping slip. The next day I had an email saying the will not only send me my missing item but send it with my other order that was just placed and ship them out ASAP. Be patient they are doing everything they can to get to your orders and have amazing products and great company.

DON’T WASTE YOUR COINS!

I have never experienced such poor customer service like this from a company before. The fact that there are so many reviews here about the SAME exact issue speaks volumes on the “care” they show towards the people who cared enough to buy his products. I have an order I’ve been waiting on since May 22nd and I’ve not gotten any updates on the status of my shipping, no apologies for it being so late or anything!! It’s been WAYYY past the 30 day processing wait they’ve put people through since the shutdown and still no news at all. I don’t care if his products are even good, cuz at this point the whole experience has been sh***y!! Hopefully he’ll get a wake up call when he sees nobody rockin’ with his stuff in the future smh!!! Effing Furious, 0 starz!

I'm really upset to give this rating, before the pandemic I Order from them and there was definitely a whole bunch of stuff missing so I had spent a $110 for the 123 go nails and they did not send me any of the products that are supposed to come with it when I called back to let them know that I was missing said products they only sent me half the products that were supposed to come with it and I never got the rest and I didn't even get a gift cards for the loss or my trouble like most companies would offer of they screwed up so badly....so basically paid a $110 for some gel nails and an apron. Then I decided to get a couple other things and unfortunately I had to make 2 different orders which was very upsetting, bc when I emailed them they got back to me and said that they were working on orders 106 and 107 meaning that the 6 figure number starting with 106 were the orcers currently being processed & shipped...my orders started with 118 and 119. I had then emailed them again a month later and they said that they were working on orders 107 and 108 and this had been weeks later after my first email. I had made my order and it's been over 2 months I don't know what to do I've been reading online what some people have been saying and I hope that I have the same luck cause this is horrible and when I emailed them I was nothing but polite, kind, very nice, and very respectful....trying to take into account what they're going through but then I realized their state is fully green, they're completely open so I don't understand what they're saying about this pandemic being in their way I think they're just taking people's money, and I don't know if they ever plan on giving anything back. I think that's really messed up they say I can't make any cancelations because of the Covid-19 pandemic, but I think they're using it completely to their advantage and that's fuckup. I've ordered from a lot of different places and got my orders from China quicker! It just really sucks because I really love their products. I'm just shocked at how this is being handled anyway they have great products, but they just have the worst service and shipping times I has ever experienced.... ever!

New Demand has hurt customer service

I have been ordering from ENC for about 4 years now. I have to say that while I love the products I have an issue with the new wait times. Since the new 123 Go nails launch (which I do love) they have just been so swamped so the wait time is becoming unbearable. I shouldn’t have to wait 2 months for an order to come from 3 states away. I recommend ordering in bulk cuz the products are great or get something your not in a rush for. Wait time hasn’t gotten better since December, it actually got worse. Otherwise I would give 5 stars

I say the true, im a loyal client for a few years and no have problem until now but the experience iy was horrible. In march i do a order, this order take 3 weeks to arrive and is ok i acept and understad because all companies have issues about covid. But in may i do another order because i think arrive soon because all bussines is open in worse case i wait 2 or 3 weeks. But im so far and in tje process discover hundred os clients im same situation a lot order over 2 months. All clients start to emailed or calling but de company never respond anithing also some clients claim in Max live social media and he so disrespectful and very unprofessional front a right client claim. I decide to start a claim rush they don't respond and i start to claim to my bank thanks GOD my bank is so responsable and resolve same day TODAY but after one month and 3 weeks waiting my goods. I start second claim with after pay because a reloaded page my order is duplicated and pay 2 times same order and the can't canceled after hide new politic. Today after 2 week claim after pay they say we need to give more time to enailcouture to send my good. I say the true I'm very mad and claim my rights because i never acept pay and wait over to months to receive my goods. So i send this second email in less 5 min miracle enailcoiture created a label to send my goods.
The important things to learn do not support this company and no support after pay they no look for your best interest they protect and support the vendor.
I NEVER BUY ANYTHING OF THIS COMPANY AGAIN

1.5 star on Google for a reason

I have had the absolute worst experience with them. Which is too bad because I was excited about the items I ordered.

After the purchse was made I saw on my receipt that it would take 30 days OR MORE to fulfill and ANOTHER 7-14 days to receive it (which is absolutely ridiculous because we were no longer on shutdown). Orders couldn't be cancelled either. I attempted to reach out to them several times by email and phone. I understand we were/are experiencing issues with shipping because of covid-19. However, just like other reputable companies. Max Estrada's Enail Couture SHOULD allow cancellations.

During this pandemic I have ordered from Young Nails, Tones, Valentino, and a few other places. The fulfillment time has been 5-10 days for processing once they were able to start shipping again. When the country shutdown all the companies I ordered from either; stopped taking orders or had a disclaimers that work was suspended until further notice because of covid-19 (but orders could still be placed-just expect a longer delay). All of them allowed cancellations in the event consumers thought it would or might take too long. All ABSOLUTELY VERY reasonable.

You can tell this company is not established and it heavily lacks experience in customer service.

I had to get my credit card company involved. If you want products for your boutique/salon these are definitely not the company you need to do business with. They are very unreliable and their customer service (well there is none). Read their company reviews on Google before you place an order.

I DON'T RECOMMEND at all. There are other companies that are reputable, stand by their products, and have great customer service. There's no need to purchase from a headache.

The customer service is horrible!!! Never again!

The customer service is horrible. This is my second time ordering from them . The first time they got my order wrong and had me send back the wrong product to replace with the right item. I had to pay shipping even though it was THEIR mistake. The item they sent also spilled so there was only half left.
The second time I ordered, they took forever to ship. When I brought the products, on their site it warned that it would take a while to ship because of COVID, but you could cancel the order if it took too long. So after a month of not receiving anything, I sent a message asking them to cancel my order. Then they sent a message back saying, I should've canceled back in March which isn't what there website said (and the was before my order was even made-___-) when I bought the item. Had to wait an additional 2 weeks + before the items shipped. Worst customer service. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I will NOT be ordering again.

Really Good

Great product and it seems simple enough but can be a bit tricky if you don't get the nail clips. Otherwise any mistakes are easly fixed with a nail file or electric filer. Came out super cute. Will order more colors.

Once I finally get the products I ordered I'll write another review on the actual product, but as for receiving it in a timely manner.....👎👎👎👎👎

Crappy Customer Service and Shipping, Flimsy Nails.

I have been waiting over 5 weeks to receive my order. I placed my order April 29th and it is now June 5th. Some people I have spoken too have been waiting for 8 weeks. There customer service sucks. They make sure you know that they are not responsible for anything ounce it leaves their facility and orders will not be changed, cancelled, returned or refunded, no matter what. I have never had a company do that ever. Any other company would always make customer service and satisfaction a priority. They keep blaming shipping taking so long on the number of orders and COVID-19, but There are way bigger companies than them with way more orders, I'm sure, that have not taken 4- 8 weeks to ship. I've ordered from these companies have not encountered any shipping delays. They have AfterPay which I tried to use and it charged my card for the full amount anyway. They would not even attempt to help me fix the issue. Just said it wasn't their problem that I'd have to contact AfterPay. I still have not received my products so I can't speak for them just my experience with customer service and shipping.
I finally recieved my products after over 6 weeks. I was super excited to get them on my fingers!! I had seen a few reviews that said the nails were flimsy, bit I thought it was just because they were using the stilettos and filing too much off the side witch will weekend the integrity of the nail. Anyway, I applied EXACTLY how Max does in videos. Step by step, prepped nails, prep, primer, base, etched the nails, used press on gel, cured. Used the the coffin, which have really nice C-curve so they should be stronger. Looked great!! But not even a 24 hours later, I have already bent 3 nails. Not broke, but bent all the way. Just doing normal everyday stuff. 2 was just pulling up a pair of pants just drying off with a towel. These nails are very flexible. I'm am not empressed with them. The rest of the system seems good, but the nails need to be stronger. Kinda wish I could cancel my second order. But, hoping the ballerinas won't be so flimsy.
