Seamless experience
Emily did a great job of determining our interests and developing an itinerary that checks all the boxes. We subsequently did a deeper dive on all of her recommendations prior to booking and feel they are spot on. All follow-up inquiries were addressed promptly. Great Trip Planning
The staff at Enchanting travels helped us plan a wonderful trip and they provided excellent support in all phases from planning, leading up to the trip, and while we were on the trip. We loved our hotels; our guides were great and our activities were well-suited for us. We also appreciated our drivers - especially the one in Cambodia who provided us with lemongrass-scented cool towels after our adventures. So nice!

I can't say enough about Daniella
I can't say enough about Daniella. Utilizing her exceptional knowledge of Africa she was able to zero in on our "must see's & do's" and was able to develop a two week journey thru Kenya and Tanzania. She quickly organized an itinerary providing the opportunity to totally experience Eastern Africa. In addition, her expert knowledge of the safari experience helped allay many of our concerns about "camping out" in the jungle . Here you go. An absolute 10!!
I believe this has been the Best holiday we have ever been on. For many reason, including,
Anna doing a spectacular job of building the holiday we would not have thought of without her.
Venant, our driver in Rwanda, who went above and beyond,
Bovin ,who met us personally in Nairobi,
And all the staff at all the resorts and camps. The service was first rate and friendly!
In the past ,we have organized our own multiple stop holidays and have had some good experiences and some bad, but this trip has given us a whole new appreciation for the professionalism shown in organizing the trip.
We will be using your Company and people when we do another holiday of this type.
