This was my fifth trip planned with Enchanting Travels. They always take the time up front to learn more about our hopes for the upcoming trip, get a good read on our fitness level, what kind of pace we like, and what activities and tours we enjoy. Their knowledge of each place we've been has ensured that we get a great sense of our destination. I love the fact that the drivers, guides, and tours lined up for us are always high quality and guides are knowledgeable on how to make the best use of our time, pre-purchasing tickets so we don't waste time in lines. They put us in unique hotels that offer exceptional warmth and service. The few times we've experiences some kind of minor problem, their on the ground tour manager has been able to solve the problem for us so we don't miss a beat. I feel more confident travelling to far away places knowing ET has my back. With ET you can be independent, but you are not alone. Our tour manager was always just a text away. The tour managers seem sincerely invested in us having a good experience.

We just booked our trip! So far so good!
Our tripadvisor Emily has been great accommodating what we wanted as a plan for our trip and editing several times including two hour long phone calls to get the details worked out! We are excited for our July trip to Montreal,Quebec city and Nova Scotia.

A wonderful Laotian experience with Enchanting Travels
Enchanting Travels set up a wonderful 4-day excursion in Luang Prabang. Our personal guide, Noy (and driver, Sit (sp?)) were a delight and we learned so much from her. Extremely knowledgeable and personable!

Amazing Experience working with Taylor McKinley. She set up a 2 week custom trip in 1 day! We meet spoke for about 30 minutes on what we would want to do places to we would like to see. She was very attentive and made our dream vacation come true.
