I bought a replacement power board for my Sony TV through Encompass. Their website showed the part in stock and advertised same-day shipping. A week later the order had not shipped. I had to call their customer support only to be told they don't have the part and cant fulfill the order. They issued a refund, but this was a significant waste of my time, and I had to make the effort to demand a refund rather than the company offering it proactively once they realized the didn't have the part in stock.

Highway robbery! $28.49 for two regular replacement tips (HX3042/00) for the Sonicare water flosser. Absolutely inexcusable for such prices and extortionate shipping for what amounts to BASIC extruded plastic that should have accompanied the outrageously priced unit to begin with. We will go back to the original and cheaper water flosser brand when our 7000 unit dies. At least that brand has many less expensive options and upgrade. This on top of the fact that Phillips has made the replacement tips unavailable from less expensive sources. Absolute obscene greed on the part of this company. NO excuse.

Mr. Gaither had a professional demeanor and he was very helpful in assisting me with my issue. He was very patient with any questions I asked and I would recommend him for employee of the month. i have been trying to get my headphones back from repair for over a week now. they don’t charge your card until the repair is finished, even though they make it seem like they are by sending you a receipt and placing a hold for that amount on your card- i was then told that my card information couldn’t be processed and that i would have to call customer service in order to pay and get my headphones returned. customer service is either unhelpful or unreachable. took me two days of trying to not just be hung up on after being put on hold. updated my card information over 24 hours ago and my card still hasn’t been charged. i have received complete radio silence on whether it went through, where my headphones are or when they will be shipped. the “tracking number” that they give you is one in name only and has no actual updates on where your package is or when it will be back. the amount of hoops i’ve had to jump through for a simple repair is absolutely ridiculous. lord only knows how long they’ll take to ship if they ever do actually process my card information like they were supposed to. can’t post my reference number because it’s quite literally my phone number, but when is anything straightforward when dealing with this company?

Don’t buy anything from this company. I waited 3 hours on the phone just to update my address. I left my number for a callback, and they didn’t contact me until 4 hours later. Their chat support doesn’t work, so there was no other way to reach them.
I paid for my order but never received anything, and because of that, I feel like I’ve lost $200. Their customer service has been terrible, and the whole situation has been extremely frustrating.

A part on my fridge broke and none of the parts suppliers in my town could get the part. So I started looking online and couldn't find the part. I finally came across Encompass and called for help. Spenetta answered my call and within a few minutes identified and found the part I need. And I ordered and it should be here next week sometime. Thank you so much!

I'm missing a duct vent for my LG gas dryer. Cannot use it. I contacted LG. Referred me to encompass.com. Tried to chat. not functioning. Filled out a customer support form, with photos of what I need. two weeks later, no response. It says they will respond in 24-48 hours. Tried it again. A week later, no response.

Had a lot of difficulty getting replacements parts for my Bertazzoni. Called Encompass Customer Service and Spenetta Taylor answered the phone. Long story short, she figured out that I received the wrong part numbers from a Bertazzoni certified tech. She went through the specifications of my range and got the correct part numbers. Parts are now on their way to my home to fix my long broken range. She was awesome!

Avoid Encompass and Allstate – They Don’t Honor Their Policies!
I’m Ana, a single mom in Oklahoma. After a hard divorce, I worked to buy my home and trusted Encompass (an Allstate company) to insure my roof. When hail totaled it, they found every excuse to deny my claim — saying it was “pre-existing damage.”
If that were true, why did they insure it and take my premiums? They cover $50K roofs every day but denied my small $10K roof. It feels like fraud. They gladly collect payments but vanish when it’s time to help.
If this is how they treat a single mom, I can’t imagine how they treat others. I highly recommend Farmers Insurance instead — my friends say they actually look out for their customers.
Encompass and Allstate care more about profits than people. Don’t trust them with your home.
