The original part I understand is discontinued but he found a replacement part that he said will work. He placed my order and said it should be here in 3-5 days. I'm very please with the service. Great customer service! First, I ordered a replacement TV remote device and spoke with Sherwin Donato.. Then later the same day I found my remote device so I called back to see if I could cancel my earlier order… no problem for Sherwin. Both contacts were excellent.
