Very helpful Representative

The Samsung Representative I spoke to her name is CRISTELYN PACLIPAN and she was very helpful and very attentive. I couldn't figure out the name of the part I had trouble she took the time and sent me a photo of the schematic part through my email to make sure It was the part i was looking for. I just wanted to know if she knew what part I was trying to replace and we figured it out and the name of the part. I ordered the part right away as soon as she said they had the replacement part. I definitely call back if I need replacement parts.

Found a difficult part to find

Teresa was able to identify and locate the exact replacement part which I need. This was not an easy or obvious part to find, but she kept troubleshooting and searching for it with me on the line until it was located. Two prior representatives were unable to go the extra mile to ensure the correct part was ordered (which resulted in me receiving the wrong part ). She was patient and kind and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

A top notch issue resolver

The LG company rep, Kris Belle, deftly handled my problem and even texted me a photo of the shelf that I needed for my LG refrigerator. I had just gone through a disappointing exchange with a "on line assistant" on a related website, so I was delighted that Kris was a live person able to immediately solve my issue. I was also grateful that she pointed out I would need only the plastic frame for the shelf, and not the glass insert. She was top notch.
