Andrew Kendall called me last week to let me know that he would be our new account manager and I mentioned that I would like to add an extra phone to our system. He went through it all with me and he had the new phone set up and shipped out in the space of a week. Excellent service.

When our phone system broke down, Enreach, and our account manager, Daniel Hencher, were fast to suggest an upgrade at a cheaper price. Installation was quick and painless and the new system and phone app works great.

So, after the last debacle (which I never got a response for) we needed to move offices - same location but the other side of the warehouse and where we originally was. Booked an engineer to come out and check everything would be OK - This was mid January 2024. We were given the all clear. Booked the phone lines to be moved but they couldn't do it until we had the internet moved by BT - which was done by 13th Feb. We gave notice on our marketing suite we hired for the office. After chasing, and chasing, and chasing, and waiting, waiting we could not be given an installation date. We were given a quote of almost £1000, just to move the new system (BT moved the internet free of charge). 2 months later, they advised that they couldnt move our phone system because BT were phasing out the copper wires, we would need to go onto the cloud system (why did the site visit not reveal that?). My monthly contract would be more expensive than what we currently pay. Then on 6th March I was advised that this still fell below their minimum contract! (Well over £200 per month for 2 telephones plus phone calls) So we moved to BT, paid the early exit fee and it still works our thousands cheaper than remaining with them for the rest of the contract. They also wanted £35 for an engineer to export our phone book but I did it myself - they then offered to do it for free. By now, it was early April - from requesting this on 19th January. The move to BT went incredibly smoothly mid April compared to the Enreach debacle. Im SO happy to be rid of Enreach. We are still running the Grenke lease because the fee for exiting that was huge. BUT - Grenke have told me they wont want the equipment back as its obsolete - so why the heck are we still having to pay the lease? The delay cost us another 3 months rental on the marketing suite and many other expenses - I reckon well in excess of £1500. Go with Enreach/Grenke at your peril.
***EDIT** Well early June they told me that Enreach would be in touch very soon - surprise surprise, they have yet to contact me.

Ported to this company 2 years ago started of at a reasonable price of £28 per month , then for some reason rose to £36 per month then to the daylight robbery of £78 per month . For a call divert landline for my business now I’ve left them for a company offering the same service works better actually for £9.50 they want an additional £560 as I’ve left before the 3 years is up . DO NOT waste your money with this company - they are very deceitful when it comes to there contracts & pricing be careful .

Our company has been using Enreach for a few years now and all in all the service has been good. When we have had to call there customer service team I can honestly say they go above and beyond to help us out and always fast and efficient.

Worst telecom company ever.
I used to deal with them at a previous company when they were Network Telecom, Telford.
I have been at my current company for 3 years and imagine my dread when I saw who the telecom company was. Their customer service is non-existent. Our account manager Never return calls or sorts anything out. Their bills every month are wrong and we are constantly waiting credit notes but they insist on chasing payment the day after the invoice has been uploaded to their portal, as we refuse to pay by direct debit because we would never get a credit note.
16/05/24 Update - despite providing company name, email address and phone number, no contact from Enreach - just proves how much of a waste of time, money and brain space they are.

They are very expensive and have increase our contract without us realising. Nothing good about their products!

Again the company cannot follow instructions and costing my business dearly. Had clearly put an email to them to update our phone hours over the bank holiday, but they’ve put the phones as closed the whole bank holiday.
