amazing product and support staff

amazing product, service and support...I searched the market for an IP phone provider and found Simon from Enreach. He gave tonnes of features for a softphone and mobile app for a fixed cost per month. The delivery team were amazing, Gurjit helped me a lot. Importantly I could contact them when I had a question. It then went live. I wanted to make some changes I was helped quickly by Andre the engineer, Dr Dre! he was like a doctor and got it working as I wanted it, he was always back to me with updates and the changed were implemented quickly. Ryan in support helped me with integration for dialling out via CRM. All round an amazing experience from quote to go-live ! thanks Enreach

Excellent Customer Service from Ryan at Enreach

Today I attempted to set a temporary voicemail for my work phones with instructions for patients over the bank holiday weekend. I asked for some help and was sent over an easy step by step guide in minutes by the lovely Ryan (customer services team). Sadly, part way through I hit a hurdle and couldn't solve the problem, so called Ryan back, who guided me through what to try, and what to do when the first option failed. I can honestly say I am very impressed with the lengths Ryan went to to help me, and how easy and hassle free he made my experience. Thank you Ryan, you were excellent, polite, friendly and patient. Biggest heartfelt thank you to you!
