Property amenities misrepresented. Ice maker and dryer broken. When reported they never bothered to fix it and we were there for a week. Ask to speak with management and wrote a letter after leaving. Still waiting on any kind of correspondence from them. Shuttle service was not helpful at all. Ended up having to use Uber and then couldn’t get in the gate so had to walk with small child and baby a few blocks to get home.

our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed! Plenty of space and so nice and clean. loved our pool in the back. The children LOVED the water park on our days off from the theme Parks. Highly recommend and will go back again.

The home was beautiful, the catered dinner we had delivered was excellent, the pool park was perfect and the meal at the resort was wonderful as well.
Our only hesitation was the transportation to the parks. The limited time frames for return trips made our time more stressful.
We certainly hope to return for another stay.

We enjoyed our stay. We may have found something for a bit less, but the set up was perfect, the home immaculately clean. Having a bathroom with every room was just what we needed. The staff was available to correct any issues and even brought us extra towels when requested.

Our home had plenty of room for the10 of us. We used to pool and spa daily. Granddaughters loved the resort pool and slides. Food was excellent! The only complaint I have is that the dining room service was poor. Servers mixed up orders and really seemed untrained. Still, I highly recommend Encore at Reunion!

This was very convenient for our family of nine. Fully stocked kitchen. Everyone had their privacy. Backyard pool clean with a bathroom outside.

The water park was the ultimate. Lots of tables and seating but I went in the first week of March.

I would rebook in a heartbeat. Very clean and modern. I would advise renting a car to make it even more convenient.

We love Encore Last year was our 2nd year staying there during the Holidays! 😊😊 I would highly recommend this resort!

A very nice place to stay, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We couldnt eat at the water park because the bug situation was out of control. We still had a great time and would stay there again!

We stayed in July 2018. Great place to stay & love the atmosphere & water park onsite. We did have an issue with the house we were in & had to be moved to another one because of a toilet overflowing. The 2nd home didn't have the hot tub or some other features that we had in the 1st house. We also wanted some type of compensation for the inconvenience or reduction of our invoice & didn't get anything. I'm hoping the sales person that worked with me will eventually provide a lower rate when we may book again.

Very accommodating and is kept immaculate. Homes are beautiful and pool is amazing with a water park. Near Disney and universal. Near parkways. Excellent!!

This is my family 3rd year. Awesome place. Beautiful homes well kept, water park, easy checkin. Conveniently located to grocery , shopping and restaurant needs. Children friendly. Just a perfect family vacation home. My family is large so this year the 13 bedroom was available for our dates and we are excited.

Great place, well built and decorated house, amazing water park.

This was our repeat stay. While first year was awesome, the property and service wasn't same this time around. The house looked like any other property in the area, run down, cheap furniture etc.

We had asked for Pool and Grill at the time of booking. The pool never came on and grill had no propane tank, no utensils. Most likely will not go there again.

I wanted to let you know that when we arrived last night we did find the house in better condition related with cleaning issues. But the problem with the cable company was not fixed at all. It’s impossible to seat down and watch tv. I sent an attachment with 3 photos of the problem with the time when where taken to show yoy that the problem was never fixed.

we spent 1 night with terrible sheets in Two of the rooms and they came to change the bed sheets at 9:30 pm the next night.
We found Kids toys in three of the rooms and 2 dirty towels. ( this was never cleaned by you)
i told them about the cable issues not being able to watch tv and it was never fixed.
If you would had told me from the beginning that I Was not going to be able to watch TV In any room of the house i would have stayed somewhere else.
we really had a terrible experience. i had stayed with you 3 times before this one and i never had this kind of probblems before.
i spent 2 days on the phone tryng to make everythig better.they came to see the house and they apologized but they fixed one thing but not the other 3.
the pool was dirty, the second day i told them and was never cleaned.
Thanks for the refund of $177.08 but absolutely doesn’t justify what we went through.
It is with Absurd to think that amount it’s going to make our stay better.
i definitly wont be stayng at encore resort again.

Great location, nice accommodations. We have rented at Encore 5 times. One issue that causes us anxiety every time is pool heat.
We are happy to pay for pool heat. But, as we have zero access
to the temperature settings, the pool is often too cold to
swim in.

Encore always provides professional service and top notch accommodations. My family and I enjoy visiting with Encore every year. I would definitely recommend Encore to anyone looking for an awesome family vacation experience.

The 4 pm check in time was not family friendly. I was given the run Around by many people on the phone regarding checking in and I ended up having to drive around for 3 hours with two miserable children in the car until check in time. What a waste of a day of vacation!
