We came for Easter and usually we stay with Encore (at least 4 other times) but strayed this time and it was a horrible 1st night in the different resort. I called Encore the next morning and they were so helpful and got a house right away. They are always so willing to help. Upon check in we had been out and about and super tired, I admit I was short and just wanted the code to get into the house and get settled. They got the guide to call me with the code and had someone meet us there to make sure that we got in. The person that met us knew we had a long day and asked if we had any questions, we said no and she said 'have a great weekend'. It was perfect, they understood our day/body language and didn't have us go through the walk through. We will never stray again.

I stayed here last year so hopefully things have gotten better. However, almost anything that could go wrong did:

-the pool and hot tub were not heated upon arrival (as requested and paid for) and it took 12 hours to heat up. They turned it off two days later even though we were there another two days and we had to wait another 12 hours. Doesn’t seem like a big deal but when you come back from the parks to relax in the afternoon and the pool and hot tub are freezing and your kids are super upset, it becomes a big deal. Especially when it happens twice in five days.
-the free transportation didn’t really exist (it was always “full”) and so we booked transportation through Encore. There was confusion, a manager yelling at a driver. Multiple calls not knowing when to pick us up, etc. even though it had all been pre-planned. I probably had to make 20+ calls to the company regarding issues with the transportation. It’s not really how I wanted to spend my time which is why I booked, and confirmed everything in advance.
-the door entry code was changed the day before we left and it took over an hour to get it fixed resulting in the two very tired grandmas (who came back early to rest) being stuck outside in the rain for the entire time.
-there was no hot water in two of the bathrooms.
-my husband walked to the “market” one days only to come back with rotten apples and stale muffins.
- the kitchen was poorly stocked.
-I called and complained multiple times and wrote an email after the experience with no response whatsoever.

It was TERRIBLE.

Encore Resort at Reunion is very family oriented, its very clean and the staff is accommodating. The only negative is its a bit hectic when trying to check-in. However, I would definitely recommend this resort for your next family vacation.

I highly recommend Encore Resort! Every property has a private pool and it’s located only minutes from Disney World. The resort also includes a water park, restaurants and activities. Our house was clean and well decorated! Loved the water park and the private pool. Literally minutes from Disney!

Great resort, close to all attractions in Orlando. Better than stay in a hotel. Highly recommended for families and groups. I will definitely come back!

We love Encore Resort !
It will now be our 4th stay there and we loving it. The community is very well maintained , the houses are spacious with an excellent service. Our kids love the Water Park, which is perfect for our days off from the Theme Parks. The food at the club house is great. At this point we don't want to go to Hotels anymore ! Encore Resort is the place to be.

As a world traveler, I can completely say it was an Incredible experience for the entire family. Staff was extremely helpful at every turn. I would never stay anywhere else when in Orlando.

The family had a really good time. Customer service was great. Things for all ages to do. Close to park and very clean...
