Do not trust END. Clothing if you are a serious collector or high-volume buyer who expects basic operational competence.
Their website is plagued by critical checkout glitches, and their customer service team will actively ghost you the moment you provide proof of their system failures.
I built a strategic bulk cart of sale shoes where their platform automatically and correctly applied a first-order 10% automatic item-level discount across the board, slashing $58.60 AUD off the total. The items sat securely in my cart for two full days, completely verified and good to go. When I went to execute the checkout, a technical system error stripped the active discount line away right at the payment screen.
I spent four days jumping between their website's live chat feature and email support trying to resolve this simple, clear technical error. An agent named Phumzile handed me a lazy deflection, claiming discounts don't apply to sale stock. I immediately replied with irrefutable screenshot proof showing the active system markdown working perfectly on the sale items in my cart.The moment I sent that concrete visual proof, END. Clothing completely ghosted me. They chose to go radio silent for over 48 hours to evade a minor $58.60 adjustment on their own glitchy interface. Because their team sat on my emails and ignored my active chat logs while I desperately waited for a resolution, three highly strategic, targeted shoe assets in my cart completely sold out.
Their pathetic support delays directly cost me a significant amount of money in rare inventory and prospective market value. They completely ignored a high-spending client who explicitly detailed the extreme stress and anxiety of rapidly diminishing stock levels.
I am wiping my hands completely clean of this pathetic business. My account is permanently closed, and my capital is redirected to their direct competitors. They will sacrifice a loyal, high-volume customer over a petty double-digit dispute. Absolutely abysmal service. Disgraceful.

Delivered fast and shoes were cheaper than every other site.
The shoes were smaller than ones I had tried in store. The ones in store were same size and model but different colour. Assuming the size doesn't change if it's just a different colour. More of an issue with the shoe brand than the retailer.
