Nice shoes! Great colour, brighter than expected.

Shoes are great and postage was FAST to Australia – although I will note that the listing specified "nubuck" upper material; they are not in fact nubuck, they are smooth leather. Turns out this is even better for me, but you need to understand the descriptors you're using on your site. People may be buying and expecting something else. and it would be unfair to put the cost of return on an unhappy customer if you've listed something incorrectly.

Fantastic Double Purchase!

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, after the first wash, on the MKI STUDIO t-shirt I bought, appeared Two stains, ruining the t shirt forever.
For the price of the t shirt, is too much that.

So, also if END, offer cool clothes, i don’t think that i bought again on line…

Appalling FedEx service in HK & Endclothing’s dismissive customer support (Order #6400960901)

While the product quality is fine, my recent experience with END. has been completely ruined by your logistics partner, FedEx, and your own dismissive customer service.
The FedEx courier in Hong Kong was extremely rude and aggressive. He refused to deliver during reasonable hours, told me he only delivers to my area for 1-2 hours around midday (when everyone is at work), and actually complained and argued with me on the phone for requesting a standard 5-6 PM delivery time. Customers are paying for delivery, yet we are expected to take time off work just to accommodate the courier’s personal schedule.
I submitted a detailed, formal complaint to END. regarding this abusive behavior (order #6400960901). Instead of reading my email, your support team just looked at the tracking, saw it was delivered, and sent me a generic, automated template asking "can you confirm if you received the parcel?"
I am not reporting a lost parcel! I am reporting an unacceptable logistics partner that is ruining your brand’s reputation in Hong Kong.
Worse still, your system then automatically sent another email threatening to close the ticket because I hadn’t replied to your irrelevant automated message.
If this is how END. handles serious customer complaints—with robots, automated templates, and zero actual human intervention—I will strongly reconsider shopping here again. I expect a real manager to review this case, not another copy-paste response.

Regarding your contact with our customer support team, having reviewed the correspondence tied to this order, our advisers initially referenced the delivery status to confirm receipt before progressing further, as the parcel had already been marked as successfully delivered.

This is a standard step to ensure we have the correct context before taking any further action.

Our support team is made up of real advisers who manually review and respond to customer enquiries, and while some system notifications are automated to keep cases moving, these do not replace human review or investigation. No complaint is dismissed without being assessed by a member of the team.
