Items came and even though both t shirts were labelled XL, both didn't fit and one t shirt was 10 inches bigger than the other! Never applied my first time order discount and now I'm having to do a 60 mile round trip to go to the Manchester shop to try them on because I can't trust the online sizes. Very disappointed 😞

I dropped-by today at END’s Soho branch to check out a Maison Mihara Yasuhiro sneaker that I fancy but it’s not in stock so I was offered an ‘order in-store service’ that will arrive in a couple of days for me to see on hand before deciding to buy.
To cut it short… I was assisted by Jin & Matthew. And because of their great customer service & friendly attitude they have won me over without coersion as I am open and receptive to suggestion to get the Yoji’s Y-3 Elite 5 Baseball Jersey that I was looking at.
I’m so impressed and delighted with their great interpersonal service that for me - builds positive relationships and effective communication with customers hence I found myself writing this honest review.

Misleading product description and failed return process – very poor experience
I had a very disappointing experience with End Clothing and their handling of both product accuracy and customer service.
I purchased a mirror from their website based on the listed measurements. When it arrived, the dimensions did not correspond to what was advertised online. This is misleading and particularly frustrating as I had bought it specifically for a space where size was critical. I was already frustrated at this point because I needed the item within a strict timeframe.
Because the product was incorrect, I had no choice but to arrange a return of a large, 5kg mirror. End Clothing organised a DPD home collection and asked me to provide a time window, which I did. DPD confirmed the collection.
However, DPD did not arrive within the agreed timeframe. Worse, their system later falsely stated that the item had already been collected, which is completely untrue. As a result, I was left in an extremely confusing situation.
When I contacted End Clothing customer service, they did not believe my account of events. I was told a new collection had been arranged, yet I received no confirmation, no tracking update, and no communication from DPD whatsoever. I am still left stuck with a large mirror that I purchased based on incorrect product information.
Overall, this experience reflects poor accuracy in product listings, unreliable logistics handling, and unhelpful customer support when issues arise. I expected significantly better from a retailer of this size.

Issue with First time purchase code
This is my second attempt at making a purchase, as my first-time discount code did not work initially. I reached out to the Customer Service team, who responded promptly; however, by then, the item I wanted was unfortunately sold out.
Fortunately, it seems the item was later returned, and I was able to place my order. I’ve now successfully placed the order and contacted Customer Service again to assist with applying the first-time purchase code. Thanks Jamie!
