Not recommended for USA consumers
Placed an order because delivery was expected in 2-3 business days. My item has been "in customs" for well over a week due to incomplete paperwork by End, with zero updates until I reached out. Lazy, unprofessional, and soon will be out of business.

Order Not Arrived RUBBISH
Placed an order. DPD cinfirmed order had been delivered as did END but not to my address.
Contacted DPD who confimed deliver was made ti wrong address but refued ti tell me were... suggested i contacr END.
Tried to contact but have given up. No response ti email and no contact number

ENDs service is always spot on
ENDs service is always spot on. Out of the two products that I bought. The jacket is lovely and so does the running shirt however the latter came with a tiny bobble pull at the front which was rather disappointing. I cannot claim an exchange because I am located overseas and it will be more expensive to do the process.

Packing was rubbish and very poor quality
Packing was rubbish - item was ok but the presentation box was completely destroyed in the delivery
Poor quality control in allowing the presentation box to be damaged in transit
It is almost as if END did not care about the product and its presentation otherwise they would have taken steps to prevent this
I was lucky to have the watch still inside the box as the packaging around the box was non existent, the branded box was so badly damaged that the watch was falling out of the box and packaging
The box containing the watch was cheap, shoddy and constructed of rubbish material. This really demonstrates that END must believe that their products and brand are of very poor quality
Timex should not be working with brands that do not care about the quality of items sold under a joint branding
