I purchased two pairs of trousers and a pair of new balance trainers.
The trousers were supposed to be xl but we're more like a medium so I returend them. Shame as they were nice.
The return process was simple and straightforward so hopefully they received them back.
The trainers I kept as they were spot on.
Overall a great service. Thankyou.

Its good you guys have half sizes
I would say despite buying from an Overseas shop, the discounts are really faster compared to my own country (Malaysia). the best part you guys do have half sizes which ironically in Malaysia they don't carry that as well. Fast delivery considering the distance. Down side was extra tax from my country Customs. nothing you could do about that.

Item not delivered with a wait and see on the refund
I was informed less than 24 hours after my parcel had been dispatched that the delivery couldn't be completed and was was returning to the distribution centre. I have to wait to receive a refund and was only able to communicate with a virtual chatbot that kept repeating the same unhelpful lines. I can see from others than this is a common issue, it's not really acceptable that they haven't addressed it and continue to take orders.
