The shoes were smaller than ones I had tried in store. The ones in store were same size and model but different colour. Assuming the size doesn't change if it's just a different colour. More of an issue with the shoe brand than the retailer.

No info about custom duty beforehand.
Delivery itself was so quick that I’m content. But you should have told me I would have to pay for the customs duty which I was informed of just before the product arrived. Or you should have provided the price including it in advance.

After reading some negative reviews i was kinda skeptical. But… Highly recommend! They shipped the shoes the next day and with nice packaging. Also the price is paid, 80 bucks was a good deal since the shoes have been out of production for a while and resellers sold them for 150€+… 10/10 recommend!

I tried to purchase some Birkenstock…
I tried to purchase some Birkenstock Amsterdam shoes for my girlfriend. Website said Shoes were available & last pair left. Put them in my cart to purchase them had a problem kept telling me that they were still in my cart.... had difficulties paying for them. The website kept telling me that the shoes were in my cart.
So I purchased them and just received an email this morning saying that the website canceled my order. No big deal.
