I bought a pair of Adidas trainers that I was looking for, I found them for a great value, they delivered fast and very well packaged.
I'm very satisfied with my purchase and their service.

Misleading information on return policy. Bought shoes that were too small for me. Before checkout, there is text on the website that international returns are covered, but once you actually find the return policy website after purchasing, international returns are no longer covered by END HQ. The cost of returning shoes was equal to the cost of the shoes! Do not order from here if you are not from the UK! No point in purchasing any apparel if you are financially burdened with wanting to see what size works best for you!

Variety of assortment and convenience of ordering

Good communication so satisfied there. Only slight issue for the XL size I purchased, it seemed more like L size from Bathing Aape.

Couldn’t ask for much better

Having bought a pair of £185 Salomons for my partner, we were shocked when they fell apart in the first 2 months.

I ordered shoes, the size didn't fit, I had to return it, the app is very difficult to use on this issue. I found some address, but I didn't fully understand whether I should return it there or not.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I was very excited to start using my Beams watch, so I was ecstatic that it was delivered 2 days before the estimated delivery date.

However, I don’t love the watch strap because it’s very long and overlaps to the watch face, so I have to maneuver the strap so it’s not in the way. When I received the watch, it was already running, so the battery was not preserved, which I thought was strange but just accepted it. As I write this review a week later after being in receipt of the watch, I confirm the battery has already died. So now I have to pay extra to replace the battery and probably buy a new watch strap for a watch I already paid $200 for. I am not happy about these unexpected extra expenses when paying that price.

The product met my expectations. As a consumer who frequently makes online purchases, I am concerned about the size, fit, quality, and reliability of items that cannot be physically inspected or touched. This order was one of several recently received, and this particular item was flawless. I encountered some issues with size and fit of a few other items from different companies. Thank you.

Fab shoes, at a great price- except you get charged ridiculously high fees at the boarder (even though site says these fees are covered). Item was literally twice the price.

Quality and shipping

The transaction was fine, but it’s been over a week since my item was shipped and still not here. The shipping tracking email does not work so I’m waiting blindly, but hopeful the item will arrive.
