Endeavour law hide fees and are not transparent about costs. My divorce was quoted at one cost and then the court fees took me way over budget. There lines ring forever and the never call customers back only when soliciting a sale. I also trusted them to do my deed poll and I had to wait for weeks to recive a copy. To date, I am still waiting the deed poll in mail and also an email copy. You can only speak to agents who are not the organ grinders, they have to request info from another department which takes forever. Supervisors are never available and complaints are never resolved. The agent called Chevron is amazing and shows empathy and remorse for the bad behaviour of the firm but his hands are tied and he can only do so much. If clients pay for a service, please provide it, your ethos and behaviour demonstrates a firm without integrity. They have no desire to fulfil great customer service. It is a frusrating experience, most times people come to law firm when a change in circumstance occurs, for most it is unfortunate, as a law firm, understand this and do not add to the frustration and hurt they are feeling. I would not recommend this firm at present unless they change their mindset and values. I am deeply disappointed. I am still awaiting my deed poll by post and mail.

I received an email informing me I was due a refund and despite giving my details of where refund should be paid , 3 weeks later no refund.

I have called emailed and still no refund , to say that this company is poor at customer service is an understatement , divorce is stressful enough without the ineptitude of those who are supposed to be representing your interests.

Avoid at all costs

Undoubtedly the worst solicitors I’ve ever come across. They send out a letter in December giving you a date for hearing that has been corrected by two days. Then send out an email three months later with the original date on which of course if we turned up at nobody else will be there, the incompetency of this company is beyond belief in my personal opinion and I would avoid them with the proverbial barge pole as they will charge you. I suspect for even their mistakes.

DO NOT send this company any money as you will never see it again and they start charging you before you know what the likely cost will be. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

This has been the worst experience of my life. I contacted Quickie Divorce in summer 2023 to get all the information I needed. I managed to raise the funds by September 2023 and proceeded. I was encouraged to pay for the best package and passed to Endeavour Law to complete my divorce. Upon my initial consultation I repeatedly asked if there would be any additional fees on top of the £699 I paid. I was reassured there would not be, there was a potential court fee but I was advised because I was a single mother on low income it wouldn’t be applicable. I went ahead and within an hour I was emailed my draft divorce. My divorce should have been very simple, no assets, no savings, a childcare arrangement in place. No complications.
Upon applying for the code to have the court fees paid, I was rejected. Upon going back to endeavour law to question this they were very unhelpful, they didn’t care. When I raised a complaint as I felt completely mislead they dismissed this arguing it was too late for me to get a refund as I had wavered my rights and they had completed too much work on my account! My only choice was to appeal. This was 4 months ago and I am no further. I have had to battle for updates, there has been little to no communication. My divorce has not even started yet.
I am a single mother, working as much as I can. I sold my vehicle and downgraded to pay the initial £699, I don’t have the disposable funds to pay for the court fees. I have explained this and they have given me no options but to hold my money until I can afford it.
Going through a divorce is stressful enough but the way my case has been handled has been diabolical.
I am left in limbo, not knowing what is going on and £699 down.
I am at an absolute loss with what to do here and I don’t want anyone else having the same awful experience I am having.

They sorted out my divorce with out any stress on me. Very quick and um extremely happy.

Do not believe anything they say, I asked several times if everything was included in the total cost they quoted and was told yes everytime , once I had paid and it went to the next stage they then told me there was an extra £596 to pay , when I explained that I had not been informed about this and would like a refund on what I had paid they said no and 4 months on they have still not refunded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I went through a divorce last year and through their negligence and not caring enough did not get my entitled pension entitlement. If I want this rectified I need to pay more money, despite paying for this upfront.
You are supported by trainee Solicitors and pay the same hourly rate as a trained Solicitor. Emails are not answered and you are constantly chasing them.
There is no kindness or compassion considering this to be a stressful event.

From the first phone call, I was listened to, offered good, clear advice and help to make one of the most difficult decisions just that bit easier.
The staff and Endevour Law are polite and helpful. You can use your online tracker, or call them and all your questions will be answered with patience and kindness.
The service is second to none and takes away any stress if you opt for the full package which I did, and it was money well spent.

TOTAL CON- THEY’VE TAKEN MY MONEY MONTHS AGO AND DONE NOTHING AND WON’T GIVE ME IT BACK. WON’T COMMUNICATE AT ALL EXCEPT TO ASK FOR MONEY I HAVE ALREADY PAID. THEY SUPPOSEDLY SENT MY PAPERS TO THE COURT 2 DAYS AGO AFTER I PAID IN JULY!!! NO COMMINICATION OR PROOF OF THIS SO I SERIOUSLY DOUBT IT.

The only time Endeavour Law acted quickly was when they wanted me to pay a fee which usually only took them one day. The last fee I paid them was on 15th August 2023 which was for them to complete a form. I have emailed them several times for updates and was initially told it was done, then told no it hadn’t been done, then on 1st September was told it was in a queue waiting to be done. On emailing them yesterday I was told it was still in a queue, that about 6 weeks since I paid the fee. If you don’t want the same lack of service do not use Endeavour Law.A week on and still I am in the queue I am a retired financial consultant and if my standard of service was this bad I would be subject to severe reprimand , I get the feeling that they don’t really care about the trauma of going through a divorce. Just getting as many fees as quickly as they can.
I received an email on 3rd October telling me that they were starting work on my case and I would receive a copy of it within the week, sadly nothing happened. I also received an email from Trustpilot on 6th October informing me that EL were trying to remove my review.
Received an email from EL yesterday which was a quick response from them, but believe it or not it was about a fee, which explains the quick response. It is now exactly 8 weeks today that I paid them my fee to complete one form. This is a totally honest review of their terrible service.

Used Endeavour Law to help with my divorce and finances when me and the ex wife split. They were very helpful, clear and explained to someone like me what was happening and what is next. No complicated words or legal jargon. I've never been through this before, so it was nice to have guidance along the way. Didnt even have to go to the offices. I have already recommended this company to a friend.

My case was delt with swiftly and in a professional manner. The legal team was very empathetic and comforting as this was a difficult time for me. I would recommend this firm.

Gave them £1000. They did nothing. I had to constantly call them to even get them to look at an email.
They only cared about taking the money.
They sent one document for review but it was a corrupted pdf file which didn't load on adobe acrobat reader .
They wouldn't listen and couldn't fix the issue.

Absolutely appalling service by this company. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT pay for the upgraded service. I have had to chase the lawyers at every single stage of the process so far to push my proceedings on in as timely a manner as possible, and had to call them out on stupid clerical errors like entering the wrong postcode on my application, which is now 3 weeks in the process of being redrafted to make right and still hasn't been done!

I am absolutely disgusted at their cavalier attitude about it being in a queue for 3 weeks. 3 weeks!!! For a simple postcode correction that shouldn't have happened in the first place? Though i have started time and time again the importance of pushing this through as fast as possible??? Even though I was assured that everything would be done to ensure that on both sides, theirs and mine, no delays would occur????

And when I've asked to make a complaint, they prevent you from doing so by advising you that if you decide to log a complaint they will halt your case up to a month as they investigate. The whole reason I'm complaining is because they are taking so long to process my proceedings which I was assured would take 6 to 7 months to complete if I opted for the upgraded solicitor managed package.
