Endeavour Law has been supporting clients since 2013. We have experienced solicitors providing clear, practical advice across all areas of family law, including divorce, finances, and child arrangements. Our team works nationally, offering consultations by phone and WhatsApp for convenience, as well as in-person meetings at our three offices in Bridgend, Church Village, and London. *** Alongside family law, we have a well-established private client and conveyancing department. Director Meinir Evans leads our Church Village office, while Head of Private Client Joanne Matthews is based in Pencoed, offering trusted advice on conveyancing, wills, lasting powers of attorney, and deputyship applications. *** For our London clients, consultant solicitor Dean Vickery provides advocacy and flexible support, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, ensuring busy professionals can access advice when they need it most. *** Frequently Asked Questions *** Q: How long does a divorce take in England and Wales? * A: A divorce takes a minimum of 26 weeks. This includes a 20-week reflection period after the application is issued and a further 6-week waiting period before applying for the final order. It can take longer if financial or child arrangements are still being resolved. *** Q: What am I entitled to after a divorce? * A: Entitlement depends on the length of the marriage, financial contributions, and future needs of both parties. The court’s aim is to reach a fair outcome, which does not always mean a 50/50 split. *** Q: What happens if my ex denies me access to the children? * A: You can apply for a child arrangements order. If granted, this sets out when the children spend time with each parent. Breaching the order can result in legal consequences. *** Q: How long does conveyancing usually take? * A: Most property transactions take between 8 and 12 weeks, depending on factors such as the length of the chain, mortgage offers, and searches. Our private client team will guide you through the process to keep things on track. *** Q: Why should I make a will? * A: A will ensures your estate passes according to your wishes. Without one, the intestacy rules apply, which may not reflect what you want. It can also make things simpler and less stressful for your loved ones. *** Q: What is a lasting power of attorney (LPA)? * A: An LPA allows you to appoint someone you trust to make decisions about your finances or health and welfare if you are no longer able to do so. Setting one up gives you control and peace of mind. *** Q: What is a deputyship order? * A: If someone has lost capacity and has not made an LPA, their family may need to apply to the Court of Protection for a deputyship order. This gives authority to manage their financial affairs and make decisions in their best interests.

No clarity, no acknowledgement of my emails. Ridiculous amount of time for a simple divorce case. Very limited support. This firm seems to enjoy adding mental stress rather than alleviating it. They are selfish in the sense you have to answer their call *because noone goes to work🙄*. You say somone will call and expect us as a client to sit in front of the phone like muppets. Have an appt system or time frame one can expect a call.

My last review was removed. It was 100% truth. They took my money and juggled me around case handler to case handler they couldnt care less about my divorce. Mistake after mistake. I am now going through hurdles to try and get my money back as i had to transfer my divorce to a different solicitor to do the whole job all over again as no progress was made in well over a year.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
If you wanted to resolve my concerns you would have resolved them when i made my complaint after terminating your services and you offering 10% of my money back after you making 0% progress in over a year.
You have my contact details they have not changed.

I chose to pay for the service in which Endeavour Law do everything from start to finish. And boy was it the best decision I made! I was kept informed at every stage of the process, any questions I had were answered promptly - I could email and receive a reply the same day or call and speak to someone within minutes - and for the price of this full service, I was amazed at the quality of support, professionalism and efficiency of the entire process! I would absolutely recommend!

Scam company, avoid at all costs! Takes money but doesn’t do the work and certainly not quickly

If I could give this company zero that’s exactly how I would rate them. The moment we paid we were hit with additional court fees that were not mentioned whatsoever when initial costs were discussed. This should have been a quick process yet we are already 3 months in and literally NOTHING had progressed. I have constantly chased, everytime I speak to someone I am given different accounts and timescales. Calls are not returned and it’s honestly just a complete nightmare. For anyone who is considering using this company just completely stay clear. I would have saved so much time and money filing the paperwork in myself and I would have done a better job !

Contacted this company Feb 24. Spoke with someone and explained i was planning to marry in May 25 which gave me 15 months to get the divorce sorted. After 7 months i contacted them as they said 6 months start to finish. I paid court fees in April since then nothing absolutely nothing. We are 7 months in and that's happened is i am out of pocket by £800. We might have re-arrange everything. I await their response and stated i will pursue them for any costs of re-scheduling the wedding. And i will do it quicker than them. I await their response. Please Avoid this company, they make big claims and do nothing.

I found Endeavor Law responsive, clear and supportive. The process of initiating the divorce was very straightforward and the Conditional order was obtained within a few months. The sticking point for us was the financial order which we struggled to complete as it was returned to us several times as we were told it was not completed properly. Eventually, however it was accepted and the next step , of obtaining the Degree Absolute was completed rapidly so thank you for your support for a good price.

This is a company that will say anything to get you to sign up with them. I started my divorce proceedings in January and was told by an advisor that it would normally take approximately 6 months to complete we are now in July and I'm still no closer to getting it. Getting information out of them is like getting blood out of a stone. Once they get there hands on your money that's it you have to keep chasing them to get any information.
Don't bother with there complaints team as they promise to call you back within 48 but never do.
Stay well clear of this company it's a total waste of your money

I used this company to help me with my divorce few years ago. Can't say anything bad. Their service was superb. Happily divorced now. Lol
I used this company to handle my divorce, I am not sure why other reviews are so bad as I have found them to be nothing but helpful, Every time I have had a question, I have always received a response in a very timely manner, they have always made sure I have been kept informed at every step of the way and this has taken the pressure off me, as we are all aware getting divorced is not an easy thing.
I would recommend using this company especially if you want a piece of mind, My divorce has been finalised today.
