It took nearly 3 weeks for this to arrive, despite coming from the UK.

A beautiful and different crystal, makes a lovely gift.

My order was gorgeous. The first one did not arrive and customer service were excellent in sending me a replacement which arrived in time for Christmas (it was a present). The present was very well received.

Awful quality of crystals, one of the stones I ordered was not sent, terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY THESE OVER PRICED CRYSTALS!!

The delivery was delayed, the quality of the goods are not as portrayed and there was an item missing from my parcel. I won’t be using you again

I believe the items are overpriced and not enough explanation regards what items are included. In the 1 cracker (I was expecting 6 but that was my misreading of what was being offered) was a chunk of wood, no idea why it was there or if there was any significance to it? I was also expecting 6 items in the cracker where there were only 3! The items I did get are nice enough but not equating to what I paid, even at a discounted clearance price, and unfortunately I'm not able to share them with friends at the dinner table, which was why I thought I was getting 6 crackers.

My friend loved the gift I got her. Great value, unique and gorgeous.

Purchased through E-Bay, clear communication with Megan who was extremely helpful. I gave them an idea of what I wanted and they delivered. Absolutely stunning lamp.

Lovely item which arrived quite a lot later than expected, but seller provided helpful updates whilst it was crawling through the second class postal system and when it did arrive, it did not disappoint!

Ordered a crystal candle holder a month ago. No package yet. No proof of delivery. Apologetic emails but no actual action. Very poor delivery and customer service. More fool me for not reading this review thread beforehand.

It seems Endless Guidance have problems with fulfillment and delivery. The product, when eventually it arrived, was lovely.

This is the second XL Himalayan lamp we have purchased from Endless Guidance. Both are absolutely stunning, a real focal point for our well-being space. Excellent customer service throughout, thank you Megan & Team!

I tried to cancel and get a refund as it’s taken ages. They said it was on its way, but still nothing.

Still have not received our order - no update on despatch. Poor customer service

Extremely disappointed with this company endless guidance who I accessed through eBay.
My order total was £105.49
Which included agate crystal gift set, crystal wand and wooden hamsa insence burner.
After clear communication with Megan through continued messages well over a 4 week period I finally received 2 of the 3 piece order, all were sent under the same tracking number but my third item sent separately? I still now after over 5 weeks have not received my hamsa hand burner from this company despite being patient, the blame being thrown at yodel who seem to be the courier for this company and who didn't deliver the third item when stated, how could they have when the item was clearly sent separately? Under the Same tracking number for the eventually delivered item I did receive? And being reassured it was resent within another 48hr period I haven't heard back despite disputed attempts through eBay to help resolve the issue and haven't received a refund for my missing item of £25 which includes a £2 delivery charge.
I let it go with the universe!
I wouldn't recommend this company at all!

After a long and difficult process to contact Endless guidance finally managed to get them to reply, waited about 2 weeks for the parcel to actually arrive. Ordered a selenite large tower which arrived with large parts of the crystal broken off the main part and the bag was full of dust from the crystal, overall disappointing service. I would avoid in future buying from here 100%

Sadly still waiting for a refund from this company that they promised in March. Communication really lets this small business down...

Still waiting over a week later for something that was supposed to be next day delivery for a birthday present. No communication even though I’ve tried numerous times.

As always it's a pleasure purchasing from Endless Guidance Megan is lovely and really helpful, her crystals are beautiful i love the energy I receive from them ❤️ 💜 💖
