Had fraudulent postage

Purchased leggings. The sizes are very inaccurate. Need to return. Ordered size XXL. Is actually closer to a M. I am a plus sized older woman. My petite niece could not fit into these leggings. Sent email messages requesting return and refund instructions. No response. Would never purchase anything again. Would never recommend.

I ordered compression socks I had ordered before, exact same size same sock, They were great. Best I've had. The ones I just got are way to small, Ordered the exact same size. What happened? I'll not order from here again, NO THANKS

My smart band came without a charger cord. And all I get is ai to talk to. I want a real person to talk to or I want to return it and buy from somewhere else.

Received a used watch with no charger or charging port. Customer service sent me a replacement, but that replacement ALSO had no charger or charger port. They will not answer my follow up emails even though I have sent 5

I can not get it to work. I can not scan the square code as it is far to small scan with my phone

Customer "service" should be called customer disservice. I promptly received an order of socks but they did not fit. I returned them (at my expense) and was given a store credit. So far, so good. Then I tried to use the credit for a different size but it never happened. I was told to use a link that was not provided. I wrote emails, called the service number and left messages, and tried their chat. Nothing worked. Then I got an email asking me if I received my order, which they never sent! I have written off the cost of the original purchase and the mailing costs as a loss and I have given up trying to get the socks they owe me. It was the very worst customer service I have yet encountered with online purchases.

This item was never delivered after it was ordered 4 months ago. I'm surprised to a get review request. Buyers please take note and buy at your own risk!

Other than the lack of communication and length of time to receive package, it was ok. The product is good.

I asked you to send me the charger USB for my blood pressure monitor and you do not answer my emails.

The order was way too late -- by about 3 months. I tried to cancel as soon as I learned it would not arrive on time. That request was not respected. Then they said they could only offer a credit against future purchases. No, I don't want a credit. I want nothing more to do with this company.

Incredibly slow delivery and NO response to inquiries over the phone or on email.

The socks are soooo tight I don’t need to go the gym. Getting them on my husband’s size 14 feet is a serious workout, I work up quite a sweat. And they are too long. As a nurse I know that a tight band below the knee is a no-no so I don’t like the fold-over cuff that lands there. There is always a real indent on his leg when the socks come off. Should have stuck with the over the counter ones from the drug store,

The socks I used to order didn’t come small I ordered a lg xl and my next door neighbors daughter can fit them ,very disappointed 😢

The socks didn't fit. We had to pay to return them. We followed the instructions to put a note about wanting the credit going back on our credit card account inside the package with the socks. We still haven't received the refund.

Do not use this company.
