Not Happy!
After my repeated complaints, I finally received my watch about a month after I ordered it. I was excited until I realized it was junk! I plugged it in to charge, I didn’t see or hear any alert to being charged. Next morning I was ready to pair it and start wearing. Not to be, watch would not turn on, nothing!!! Tried everything, no noise or light of any kind, just dead! Junk! Wasn’t going to throw good money after bad and invest more by sending back and you refused to help with reimbursement or replacement of any kind. So I would not recommend you to any one!!! I never received my product I’ve sent 4 emails and this is now the second survey and still no contact on what you’re going to do. At this point I’m getting a lawyer and will see you in small claims court.

CHECK BBB (Better Business Bureau) and reviews before ordering from ENERGY Fit Wear. Ordered a pack of 3 leggings for my Wife. Paid extra for 3 day expedited shipping. Received 1 pair after a week and a half. The other two never shipped. After 3 weeks PayPal issued a credit back to me.

Although the compression socks are adequately made and decent quality, their length is ridiculously long. My husband is a very tall man, and they reach just below his thighs! I contacted customer service to see if we could return 2 pair out of the tri-pack, but have never received a reply. We will never buy from this company again.

Ordered 3 sets of socks on 5-23-25, today is 6-3-25 and have not yet recieved information on shipping. Sent 2 e-mails to ask for information on order status, NO RESPONSE, they didn't waste no time collecting funds from credit card. I understand there can be delays but for a company not to even have respect for customer to communicate with them shows no integrity, I WOULD NOT recomend Energy Fit Wear, there are many other reputable companies to do business with.
