I recently had Daniel and his other engineer for a domestic EPC and EICR assessment, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service provided. From the outset, they were both punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I realised my gas safety had expired after the order but when asked whether they could also do it since they were here, Daniel kindly agreed to add it.

The assessment was carried out efficiently, with minimal disruption, and they took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. The report was delivered promptly and clearly laid out, making it easy to understand the energy performance of my home and what improvements could be made.

What stood out most was their friendly manner and attention to detail. It’s clear that they takes great pride in their work, and it shows. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone needing a reliable, thorough, and courteous EPC engineer.

Very happy with the service EPS provided. They were on time, conducted their inspection with minimal fuss, and issued an EPC certificate within 2 working days. My only criticism is that while the advertised fee is £65, I wasn't told up front that I'd also be charged transport costs (I was charged a £4 crosstunnel toll charge). It's a small thing so I paid it without challenge. But, as feedback for the company, I hope they will be more transparent about additional charges in future.
