Great website, explained everything I needed to know and even had a photo of who would be calling round. Appointment went well and after asking a few questions Daniel did his survey. He then explained what would happen next and when to expect our EPC certificate, which we received a day or two later. Would highly recommend this company.

I found Daniel via a site that tells you who conducts EPC checks in your area. He emailed me quickly after the site passed on my details but didn't call me incessantly like one of the other local providers. I was able to book an appointment quickly, he conducted the check efficiently and provided the certificate the same day.
