Just getting started with EngageBay, but so far the process has been simple and when I run into roadblocks the customer support team has been responsive and helpful

We are in the midst of a trial with EngageBay and have found the UI easy to use and intuitive. The chat feature for questions is fantastic and when I need more, I'm quickly connected to a live agent.

The support has been great! I'm currently on a free plan, all the questions were answered via chat instantly.

I left Active Campaign for EngageBay late last year due to AC's price increase of about 400%. It was no longer worth the money as it's far more powerful that my company requires. EngageBay is not perfect and we had a lot of difficulty figuring out how to use it initially. My sales rep said it was very similar, but I haven't found that to be the case. That said, the support from my sales rep and from the support guys has been excellent, so that has made up for its shortfalls. I will likely stay with them, especially if they continue to improve the platform.

I only wish more platforms allowed you to export directly to EngageBay. I have to save lists, export to csv, import them into EngageBay before I can use them.

I have been using Engagebay from years, Over the years its keep on adding cool features, recently they have come up with AI features which makes my work more simple using AI chat bots to engage with my clients 24/7. The only con for now they need to work on bringing more native integrations compared to other systems in the market.

Good tools, good support availble when needed!

As a small startup, the support we have received from Engagebay has been outstanding. They have helped us troubleshoot, and quickly responded to any challenge, including our own user error (I accidentally deleted the database, they restored in 10 minutes).

Decent app, but great support. Its almost a first that the chat button actually works. But if you need help you have an agent within minutes, which is great

I'm just getting started on Engagebay and so far their customer support has been very helpful with any questions or issues I've had with my setup. I like that I can do my email marketing campaigns, help desk, chatbot, landing pages and so much more from within the same platform.

I've been very happy with EngageBay - I moved over from Active Campaign and it is able to do all I need and is much more affordable. I can always get 1:1 help that is quick, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

I have been using Engagebay for years now and have only good things to say about it. Initially migrated from Mailchimp and found all the features I needed at much better price.

Ticketing, live chat, CRM, mailings and much more, along with a complete API that allows full integration with your own solutions. Support staff is also very helpful.
